Built sometime in 1800 on the edge of the small village of Vieux-Viel in Brittany, this wonderful old schoolhouse stands in a large garden, surrounded by nature in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel / Emerald Coast. Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.

On the 2nd floor with elevator Private beach access within the residence, and very close to the village of Saint Pair sur Mer You may forget about the car during your stay, everything is walking distance. Guests can park your car in the garage in the basement or in the few spaces offered in front of the residence or in the parking lot facing the roundabout a little further up.

Rated 3*, our renovated and spacious house is located in the heart of the village and can accommodate 5 people. It is equipped with an enclosed garden-terrace and an indoor barbecue. The different spaces have been designed to create warm atmospheres. Children's amenities are available upon request. Kitchen and back kitchen in a separate room. All shops (bakery, pharmacy, deli, supermarket...) and the market are within walking distance.

Relax with the whole family and friends in our beautiful fully renovated stone house. Located within walking distance to Gavray, you will enjoy this small town full of unique shops(3 bakeries, 2 grocery stores, 1 butcher, gas station, restaurants…) and its Saturday’s farmers market. Gavray is well centralized. The Mont Saint Michel is about 45 minutes away, the D day beaches are about 1 hour away and Granville is 20 minutes away.
