very nice house in a beautiful spot. this was our second stay, and we already booked the third 😅

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

the accommodation is very close to everything in less than 30 minutes the hosts are welcoming, available and caring. I highly recommend it even more if you have a pet

Cosy and cozy cottage in the virois bocage, very quiet and very well equipped. Loved it and enjoyed the spacious relaxing and leisure greenhouse, perfect for a weekend in Normandy weather! Mark and Caroline, thanks again! We will definitely be back, in the meantime, we would recommend it without hesitation.

Brian and Jeanette are the perfect hosts. If you want to be surrounded by nature and beautiful countryside this is a wonderful spot. The location is great, close to the coast and many interesting towns and villages. The local bar tabac is definitely worth a stop for a beer or coffee. There is plenty to explore but if you just want to relax then hanging out at Apple Tree Gites is a great option. We will be back.

We stayed in a nice house, with jacuzzi, the hosts were welcoming and the house clean. We had a great stay in this little relaxing corner. Thanks again for hosting.

Nicky was a very flexible and accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided a lovely welcome pack to get you started after a long trip. During our stay was very helpful with local knowledge, even helping with my French 😊 Couldn’t have asked for a better break away for peace and quiet in a tranquil location with fantastic views. We will miss our lovely walks down the lane. Will definitely return. A perfect little gem. Thank you.

The extended weekend was magical, the hosts are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Special mention for the hearty breakfast, the soothing setting and Sophie's travel and outing recommendations in a very clear book. The information is useful and saves us valuable time. Sophie's husband is also very attentive and has taken into account all our requests. He ensures the proper functioning of the spa on a daily basis. We rented the loft with spa and it will be a memorable stay. Go for it, you won't regret it :)

We had a lovely stay at Jean-Michel's. Cottage was nice and clean. We had car trouble on departure and were allowed to stay in the cottage even longer and he thought along with us. In short, recommended the stay in this cute cottage.

Very nice welcome from Valerie. The cottage is well furnished in a quiet and secure residence, ideal with children and close to the beach and shops. We had a lovely stay!

The accommodation was great for exploring the area (by car!) - Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Suliac and many wonderful little towns are waiting to be discovered. The accommodation was very quiet and, thanks to the garden with play equipment, goats and chickens, great for us as a family.

A wonderful place to stay in rural Normandy. Jean-Francois is an excellent, friendly & helpful host. La Baronnie offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway, with excellent outdoor space to complement the cosy lounge and kitchen/diner. Gouvets is a lovely quiet village with nice walks, and well located for the major sights and attractions of Normandy

Amazing spot to unwind from the big wide world, two hounds loved it with great walks in mature woods on your door step, with beautiful surrounding country side. Everyone we met or interacted with was friendly and very helpful. Great local produce to be had so go find it as you will not be disappointed. Would not and will not hesitate to highly recommend and book again....

This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways that there are likely an insufficient number of characters to capture it. Sandra’s home and the surrounding area were more than welcoming. Having the ability to see Mont St Michel from the property during different times of day and weather conditions was amazing. There are lush fields to gaze over. We were fortunate enough to experience a sheep parade, not once but twice as they traveled down the narrow town road to pasture. The restaurant, literally a stone’s throw away, had food that was unbelievably good (as was the cider) and we easily could have eaten there every day. We saw goats on the walking trail that looks to loop around a significant radius, all with a view of Mont St Michel. The home was quaint and comfortable. Sandra was a joy to work with. We literally couldn’t ask for anything more. As I said, there are insufficient characters and you probably have better things to do (such as booking this place) than read any mor

Beautiful Normandy house very well located near Mont Saint Michel and hiking trails! Agnes is very responsive and very welcoming. The house is very quiet and very clean. I recommend it!

The holiday home is very charming and very close to the access to the beach, very quiet location. We felt very comfortable!

The accommodation is a renovated family home, spacious with all the necessary amenities for 10 people. The garden is spacious and the terrace is very nice. Guy and Gisele are very charming and welcoming hosts. They were responsive and flexible. Thanks for having us in your home. We 100% recommend this cottage to enjoy the Normandy coast and Mont Saint Michel.

Quiet stay in a picturesque hamlet, not far from Coutances to participate in the Jazz Festival under the apple trees.

Very nice 4 days stay. The place is an old farm with its adjoining buildings transformed into an individual cottage. Ours has a very nice garden where you can admire the sunset and the cathedral of Coutances in the distance. Peaceful in a green island but close to the city centre (7 min). Michel and his brother gave us advice on things to see. As described. Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation.

Where to start with this review.. this is hands down the best air bnb we’ve ever found and i’m so glad we came across it. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely stunning. Our dogs loved the garden which was fully enclosed. The interior had great attention to detail, the kitchen was amazing to cook in and we really felt so at home here. Location wise it was within perfect distance from everywhere we wanted to visit (Granville, St Malo, Mont Saint-Michel) and had fab amenities within 10-15 minutes. The closest bakery was a 3 minute car ride. One of our highlights were the neighbours who we feel deserve a special shout out - Lesley and Rene went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed it. They also gave us some great recommendations for dog walks, beaches and local markets. We’d of been lost without them, so thank you Lesley and Rene. Don’t think twice about booking this place!
