"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Short way to the city center whether you walk or drive. Here you can enjoy good food and drinks. Ice bar, skate park and a small market in the square. If you want to experience other places in the municipality or want a day trip to Stavanger city, it is a 3 min walk to the bus stop for public transport. Nice view of the lake and islets. It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Lovely one level holiday home, nicely located in the terrain, short distance to the sea. Amazing views and sunny conditions from morning to sunset. Located in a quiet area, only 30m from parking. (20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

Vi har nylig (2024) pusset opp kjelleretasjen i huset hvor vi selv bor, og er nå klare for å ta imot gjester som ønsker å besøke denne kjekke byen! Vi er en småbarnsfamilie på 5 som bor i overetasjen, så noe lyd fra barneføtter som løper over gulvet må man kunne forvente. Til gjengjeld kan vi tilby det som trengs for et fint opphold med gode senger, romslige rom, et godt utstyrt kjøkken og leker/ spill for både barn og voksne. Det er gratis parkering i carport og mulighet for lading av elbil.

It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Great family apartment on the ground floor with stunning view to Lysefjord. You can't get any closer to the fjord. The apartment has a double terrace door onto the fjord. You get a feeling of being "at sea" when you enter the apartment. Large bedroom with double bed, with the possibility to close down two extra beds if there are many of you who will share the apartment. The second bedroom has a family bunk with room for two downstairs and one person upstairs.
