Cozy place near Preikestolen

We have recently (2024) renovated the basement of the house where we live, and are now ready to welcome guests who want to visit this lovely city! We are a family of 5 with small children who live upstairs, so some sound from children's feet running across the floor is to be expected. In return, we can offer what is needed for a nice stay with great beds, spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and toys/games for both children and adults. There is free parking in the carport and the possibility of charging an electric vehicle.

Garden furniture, gas grill and fire pit are included. Right below the holiday home (120 meters) you can sit on the rock and watch the sun set in the sea. Good fishing opportunities.

At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Short distance to Jørpeland city centre (10 min walk, 5 min to drive) with all necessary shops available.

Please be aware that a lady normally lives here, so the apartment reflects this with personal items, photos and children’s drawings on the walls.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. City center, bus, mountains and approx. 10 min. to the Preikestolen parking. Nice hiking possibilities nearby. Feel free to ask for trip recommendations. Feel free to visit Hammerbu, view Jørpeland and walk from the campsite. Nice garden with chickens, you can pick eggs if desired. Free parking.

Sea apartment, no. 3 Lysefjorden- Bergevik

Great apartment with a view in the Lysefjord view. Good starting point for walks in the area. Grocery store a few meters from the apartment. Possibility of renting a boat and kayak. 15 km to Preikestolen, Kjerag 1 hour boat ride away. In addition, there are many great mountain hikes close to the apartment.
