Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Johns Pass

      This is our second visit to this Airbnb property. We love it.       It is clean and cheery. It has a beautiful wide balcony overlooking the bay. It's a short drive to downtown St Petersburg.       Just across the street, there is the Pinellas Trail for those of you who are runners or walkers.        This visit we had some difficulty because as a result of the hurricane, the elevators were not working. This required us to walk up and down 8 flight of stairs whenever we left or returned to the property.        We reached out to our host Caio who graciously arranged an accommodation since the lack of elevator definitely impacted our enjoyment of the property.       Incidentally whenever we had any needs, Caio responded quickly to our concerns.       We will no doubt be back next year.

Nice little place close to everything hopefully the prices come down soon.

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

Immaculate Clearwater Condo – Perfect Location My wife and I just returned from an unforgettable week-long vacation in Clearwater, Florida, and staying at Lavinia’s condo made the experience even better. We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

Super close to shops etc so walkable location

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful and immaculate space in a suburb setting. Our host Gustavo was so helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent again if in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

condo was wonderful. Host was very responsive to any questions. They were working on the roof of the building due to hurricane damage & debris was landing on the balcony. I contacted William/Callie & the issue was quickly resolved. We had a wonderful time & would be happy to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cody's place immensely! Perfect location right on the beach with a gorgeous view.

Marta is a pro host, she is attentive and quick to address any issues. Things happen and how those things are handled is what makes the difference between an ok experience and a great experience. I would absolutely stay at Marta's place again. Her place is equipped with all that you need to be comfortable and to feel right at home. The place is an excellent value!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

This is the second time I stayed at this condo and it never ceases to amaze. The place was just as I remembered, perfect. Christopher was a great host. He was highly communicative and even checked in when the weather got bad due to a hurricane in the area. We recommend this place when you need a peaceful place next to the beach. So pleased with the condo. Had everything we needed (and more). Bed super comfy along with linens! Host and husband were very pleasant…even came to give us more coffee and a couple more towels (without us asking!). Host responds quickly to questions and has a pleasant demeanor. We will definitely consider staying at one of their units again. The unit is so nicely located; the beaches are just minutes away by car (and also reachable by bike if you’re into riding).

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The pool was hands-down the highlight. sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The home itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and you could tell the host really takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, no stress, no confusion, just smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Elliott and Kylie’s beautiful home in St. Petersburg, FL. To say It exceeded our expectations was an understatement. Pool, golf simulator, pool table, volleyball, video games, the fun was endless! Any questions we had Elliott and Kylie were extremely responsive and checked in on us daily to make sure our stay was comfortable. High recommend renting through them!

The home was wonderful! We traveled to St. Petersburg for a college graduation and it was an easy drive to the campus. Conveniently located close to a number of restaurants 5 minutes away. The pool and living room offered a pleasant break after long days and the kitchen was perfect for family meals. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Thank you. Andrew!

Billie & Mindy's studio is the perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. The apartment was clean, quiet, cozy and well-stocked. I loved the courtyard decorations and being able to walk to the waterfront, local restaurants & shops, etc. Location couldn't be better, St Pete and other major beaches are all within 10-20 min drive. Highly recommend, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Place was very nice and clean! Daren was an awesome host, very responsive, accommodating, & friendly!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.

Matthew was great to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place! If you need a place within walking distance of some beautiful parks, within driving distance of the beach, close to some fantastic restaurants, and with a pool to relax in in the evenings, then this is the place for you!
