Spectacular beach to bay views from this resort.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Located on a Barrier Island beach community in a friendly, residential neighborhood. Guest suite is attached to the main house with it's own separate entrance and living space. Spacious bedroom with En suite bathroom. Kitchenette has sink, small fridge, microwave and air fryer. 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Beach chairs, towels and floats provided. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Everything is in walking distance. Many restaurants, Tiki bars with live entertainment, shops and grocery store.

Stroll to John’s Pass to find ample local dining and shopping options. Guests have full access to the grounds including a resort-style pool, a shared fishing dock, and a waterfront patio equipped with gas grills, perfect for enjoying a meal and watching as dolphins and birds pass by. The place was very clean. Good location for what I was in town for. The hosts were. Very accommodating and responsive. The place was clean. Not very quiet, but that is not a fault of the host. Busy intersection. The only negatives I had were that the window air conditioner was very loud. Typical hotel room unit. And, the beds were not very comfy. Again, a hit and miss with hotel room accommodations with comfy beds.

We had the perfect beach getaway! Sloppy Joe’s was our go-to spot for sunset food and drinks, and the public beach access just across the street made everything convenient. Having a Publix nearby was perfect for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in the best unit in the building—equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including a wagon, chairs, and even towels. If you’re traveling with kids, we highly recommend a boat shelling tour and checking out FloridaRAMA or MOSI for a fun break from the sun!

We truly enjoyed this amazing piece of paradise! We celebrated our 34th Anniversary and will definitely be back. Best sunset view we’ve ever had. Only suggestion would be to have some throw rugs to wipe our feet especially around the bed.
