The station, supermarket and convenience store are within walking distance, making it a convenient location for those without a car. In winter, it is a location with easy access to multiple ski resorts. It is about 7 minutes by car to Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, about 8 minutes to Ikenohira Onsen Alpenbrix Ski Resort, and about 13 minutes to Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort. In an area with famous powder snow ski resorts, you can easily enjoy winter sports in the winter. Well maintained! The private sauna is equipped with a Finnish wood-burning sauna stove. You can also enjoy a self-lowering bath. Enjoy a luxurious sauna time and forest bathing in a water bath with a magnificent view of Mt. Kurohime. Hello!Naoe Tsutamarisō is an apartment-style accommodation offering private rentals of 1 to 2 rooms. As the entire second floor is reserved for you, you can enjoy a private space. Naoetsu Station is a 5-minute walk and has good access to public transportation! There is a shopping street in front of Naoetsu Station nearby, and there are many restaurants. It is a 5-minute drive to Naoetsu Beach, a 3-minute drive to Joetsu City Aquarium Museum, and a 3-minute drive, making it an easy location for sightseeing as well as sea activities, so you can fully enjoy the city of Naoetsu! There are also plenty of supermarkets, commercial facilities, and convenience stores within a 10-minute walk, so you don't have to worry about shopping. Access to the bypass and main roads is also good, making it a good location for business trips and work. There is free parking available behind the accommodation. (Large vehicles cannot be parked here.)

It is cool in summer and in winter you can enjoy skiing and snow scenes.While surrounded by nature, time passes as you gently prepare yourself. Instead of being a place to stay at the end of a trip, the accommodation itself becomes the destination of the trip. Enjoy a special time that can only be had at a small, secluded inn 🏠🍃 ⸻

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
