This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 m. A simple log house built new in 2022, with a strong scent of wood. You can discover many beautiful views in a 10-minute walk. Please be sure to take a look at Mt. Iizuna from Lake Daiza-Hoshi. It's about a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi-ku)! The next closest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen) is about a 7-minute walk away. You can also get here by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori no Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are also within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple. About 15 minutes by car to Togakushi Shrine. It is also an ideal base for golf and skiing in the Togakushi, Kurohime and Myoko areas. Please also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iizuna. If you would like to visit a hot spring, it is about 15 minutes by car to Tengu no Yakata on Lake Reisenji. Niigata Joetsu

Hello!Naoe Tsutamarisō is an apartment-style accommodation offering private rentals of 1 to 2 rooms. As the entire second floor is reserved for you, you can enjoy a private space. Naoetsu Station is a 5-minute walk and has good access to public transportation! There is a shopping street in front of Naoetsu Station nearby, and there are many restaurants. It is a 5-minute drive to Naoetsu Beach, a 3-minute drive to Joetsu City Aquarium Museum, and a 3-minute drive, making it an easy location for sightseeing as well as sea activities, so you can fully enjoy the city of Naoetsu! There are also plenty of supermarkets, commercial facilities, and convenience stores within a 10-minute walk, so you don't have to worry about shopping. Access to the bypass and main roads is also good, making it a good location for business trips and work. There is free parking available behind the accommodation. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
