The listing is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

We had a great stay! The house is large, very well located and exactly as described in the listing. We were very well received by the hostess, who was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Since the arrival, we have felt welcome. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

House close to the beach that by the way is wonderful, bars, restaurants, shops in general very close by. Ciro gave us great tips and always responded with great agility, clean house, with all the necessary utensils, a pool that always refreshed us in the returns of the beach. I have used the platform for years, for several Brazilian states and this was without doubt the best accommodation we have ever been in. We were in 9 people and everyone loved it. The house is much more beautiful that you see in the photos, and many details that are not in the photos surprised us positively. Miguel and Rose are of empathy and unparalleled attention, everything we requested was attended quickly and with affection. We have nothing to complain about your stay. I can't fail to quote Mrs. Neide, who was appointed by them to help us with kitchen and home services while we were there. I highly recommend Diego's house. With your eyes closed! The house is very comfortable, it is nice to stay, it fits a lot of people.... it is all very close, especially the beach, which is a great advantage. Diego always attended to us and helped us with everything we needed. So, for those who come on vacation and don't want to waste time and stay in a nice place that feels like home, just book! Our experience was very good. The pierry responds very quickly. We left someone to hand over the keys to us. The apartment is excellent! It has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and 1 of the suite rooms. It is located well. 5 minutes to the waterfront. In short: the experience was very good. You can rent that's worth it!!

Great flat, flexible check-in, all amenities according to description. Gentle host and fast in service, left water, soda, in the refrigerator for me. Comfortable bed, close to the beach and everything needed as a market, pharmacy, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants and nighttime movement. Voltaria for sure.

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The apartment is cozy, comfortable, well-equipped, all brand new. It has a great location, a few meters from the beach, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants. The security of the building is excellent with 24-hour gatekeepers, which are very polite and helpful. Juliana was a thoughtful host, the flexibility of the chek-in helped a lot. I highly recommend it.

Space as described. Very quiet place, no noise. Anfritriã always responds fast and very polite. Apartment with all the amenities that are in the listing. Safe location and a few minutes from the Central waterfront. Lots of home utensils in the apartment.

Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . The apartment is very comfortable, close to the beach and in an excellent neighborhood. Anyway, everything was really nice!

I had a wonderful stay in Elisa's apartment in João Pessoa! From the first moment, I was impressed by the quality of the space, which was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and very clean, providing all the comfort needed to enjoy the trip. The location is great, just steps from the beach, which greatly facilitated our walks and moments of relaxation by the sea. In addition, Elisa was an incredible host, always attentive and willing to help with local tips that made our experience even more special. Second time staying at Elza's AP. I love the space , comfortable and pleasant apartment to stay in. Completo I feel at home . Pool is wonderful . And Elza is so friendly and proactive .

The stay met our expectations in terms of cleaning, utensils, comfort, pleasant region and with good activity options in the surroundings. We had a mishap in the stay that was the Internet not working while we were there, which ended up spending the internet plan of everyone who was in the apartment. I understand that these things happen, it is not the fault of the hostess, we were there on the May 1st holiday, soon glued to a weekend, and the companies ask for a deadline to send someone on site to perform service. But, unfortunately, we went through this situation and I needed to report it. Mrs. Evanice, the owner's sister, apologized for what happened and was always available, answering us quickly in our doubts and other demands.

Our stay was wonderful, uneventful. The place is properly equipped and very clean, all new and well organized. Elaine is a very kind host, responds with agility and has welcomed us very well. The only consideration I have to make, which in passing is not a complaint, is to put at least one more mirror in the house, we were in six (three women) and there were only mirrors in the bathrooms (two), it worked super right because we took one of the mirrors to the room and we shared, however, it would have been more pleasant if there were at least another one. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay, the building is new and super clean, well located and for sure I would indicate as well, we would stay there again.
