The apartment is small but well-equipped (cutlery, plates, stove, air fryer, washing machine), ideal for a couple. The location is excellent, being very close to the edge of Cabo Branco and bars/restaurants. Underground demarcated space for a small car and clean pool in the common area of the building. Defined the apartment as a good value.

The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach by walking 2 minutes. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

The house is very comfortable, it is nice to stay, it fits a lot of people.... it is all very close, especially the beach, which is a great advantage. Lovely place. Sara and her husband are such great hosts, doing everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and spa are a plus and the rooftop is perfect to rest and lounge after a long beach day. Thanks Sara, I will definitely stay at your place again when returning to João Pessoa.

Hosts were super attentive, the house was super organized. The townships left chocolates, soda and juice. The house had all the basic utensils, super clean pool, including the house is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures, beautiful architecture, super airy house and comfortable . I'll definitely come back more often.

RONDINELLY at CHECK-IN It seemed like I had known him for ages. I, and my FRIEND and his SON, feel at home in RONDINELLY's PROPERTY. It had beach chairs and a cooler. What Provided Us with Comfort to Be on the BEACH. All UTENSILS for a COMFORTABLE STAY. Super Fast Response/Responses, which gives us a sense of SECURITY. We will definitely stay at Rondinelly's place again.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

My stay was great.. I had a well oriented check in.. the apartment was ample, with a lot of ventilation and sun.. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to the park ,close to the beach , and a good walk to the Manaíra boardwalk! Checkout was also easy!
