We had an excellent experience with this accommodation, the house is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and polite from the start. We arrived at dawn and he greeted us with joy and that made a lot of difference. The neighborhood is very good, close to the beach, restaurants, markets. I highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet stay with great service. We'll definitely be back!

Exactly as the ad says, very good house, great location, the sofa won me over, it fits about 6 people and is very large, the only bad part is the cameras in the living room and pool, we felt constantly watched but other than that the house is amazing and I will return more often

initially I would like to talk about the check in, Karol was very flexible regarding the entry allowed us to enter a little before the time set by the app . In relation to the stay in the house was all as expected as shown in the listing , well centered location near the market on the waterfront 5 to 10 minutes walking. In relation to the garage fits up to two small cars, as we were in 3 vehicles one slept outside, according to Karol informed us that it was safe because on the street it had a security camera and the place was very quiet and in fact the street very quiet.. So our lodging was wonderful and when we think of us hosting João person Karol's stay will be a possibility...

The house is great, even better than the description in the listing, it's huge. Everything was organized. Adriana welcomed us with great cordiality and always gave us tips from suppliers. At check-out, she and her husband helped with the luggage. We'll definitely be back.

Good Estadia!! We only found the house away from things, the nearest beach is 14 minutes walk and the super weird path, I think it's new allotment. But the other things all ok :)

I really liked the house, it is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants, in front of a supermarket and bakery and one block from the beach, you can walk to any of those places without problem. The house is wide as shown in the photos, with everything you need to enjoy your stay, if you want to cook there are the utensils to do it you only buy your groceries. The grill area could not be better, very spacious with a roofed area and area under the sun, they also have all the utensils to make your "churrascos", the spacious and clean pool, I highly recommend this house!, Thank you Carpediem homes!

House is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, comfortable and super well taken care of! Each environment was designed with great affection and the cleaning was impeccable. Communication with the host was excellent: always very attentive, quickly answered all the questions and guided us perfectly about the house and the region. The location is also great, in a quiet and safe area. No doubt a wonderful stay! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely come back other times.

Excellent value for money. For me and my family it was very useful because we took our dogs, including a large one. The host always responds with kindness and attention. Very clean house. Safe neighborhood with all the necessary services nearby. Grateful.

Communication with the hostess has always been quick and accurate, which gave me security to make the reservation, since the space had no reviews yet. The location is great, easy to find, the environment is private, quiet, wide and pleasant, great for those who have children. The kitchen contained all the necessary utensils, the room with clean linen, TV with Wi-Fi signal, and left us a gallon of mineral water, which we very much appreciate. Although it only has one room, we went in 3 and one more baby, and we were very accommodated. The property's fruit trees are a show apart, which we greatly appreciate. We managed to move around the city without difficulty, and we received many tips from the hostess's mother, who is by the way, is a love of a person. I recommend the place of Bárbara and we will be again soon.

Quiet house, place for renovation and regeneration, Samara and her mother are great hosts, the house organizing and cozy. the pictures are real, the pool clean and constant care.

The house is amazing in the way that to be in the photos super pleasant environment well ventilated and spacious with many trees and fruits . Piscina very nice very nice client. The very attentive housekeeper also as the Lucilio (owner) Super cozy rooms, several utensils in the very good room tbm kitchen. Anyway the house is great recommend! I'll be back soon with my family members all enjoyed it !
