Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in João Pessoa

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

I highly recommend the apartment. Attentive host, comfortable bed, quick wi-fi to work, breakfast in the indoor restaurant, quiet evening, cozy space, great location with everything nearby. All identical to the photos . I intend to return on vacation and stay for more days .

Yhis was my 3rd trip to JP, we chose this location b cause of the balcony and it did not disappoint! I spent every hour I had to be working on the balcony, perfect amount of sun, perfect breeze! There is a steakhouse nearly next door, 24 hour pharmacy, padaria, fruit market, and soon to be opened 24 hour grocery store. Always responded to questions and provided plenty of linens for our 2 week stay! Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to be in the place. Anphritrian Jaqueline is extremely fast on the return of messages. Very new and excellent quality apartment. The stay at Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the listing, which starts off very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the beginning. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

The listing matches the reality of the site. I found a clean, smelling and well-organized environment upon arrival. Everything was very new, quiet air conditioning. Flat is close to everything, very nice located. The hotel has a good structure. Garage space helps a lot. I recommend the listing.

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

Guilherme allowed you to leave your bags after checkout, which made it possible to use the day in João Pessoa. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families looking for a more private space. Besides being close to several beaches, it also has a nearby downtown area with restaurants and a very busy border. We will definitely come back more often, Alberto was an excellent host! nota 1000

The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

The rent went to my parents, they loved the stay and will definitely be back.

I was very pleased with the accommodation, all clean, towels of good quality,equipment that meet our needs. I only missed an air conditioner in the room in case of accommodation of 4 people . Everything else wonderful. Thank you, Paulo.
