The guesthouse with the holiday lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural estate Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

We offer you a vacation home with 3 double bedrooms (1 per bedroom with shutters), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (with shutters), 2 bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, sandbox, terrace, roof terrace, electric charging station and a wheelchair-accessible ground floor on a fenced property. It is only 20 m to the swimming area and just under 50 m to the in-house rowboat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. Centrally located on the Wagrien peninsula is our lovingly renovated thatched cottage from 1803. Nestled in the quiet countryside with magnificent views, the house is the perfect retreat. From here you can quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches on three sides!
