In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Der perfekte Ort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln, einen kleinen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Wir bitten um eine Kaution von 200€ - diese gibt es bei Übergabe direkt zurück.

The property itself is surrounded by trees, reeds and a 20 sqm wooden terrace, which guarantees sun from noon to evening. Peace, serenity and the immediate proximity to the water bring balance/recreation for a short vacation or longer stay. Free 2 bikes, final cleaning 50 euros. Then a walk on the waterfront promenade is included.
