It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool ground floor) . It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will taste the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. Ideally located south-facing accommodation facing the sea and 5 minutes from the shops in the pedestrian street, 100 m from the beach as well as the marina. Renovated, everything is new. The apartment must be returned as clean as on arrival. You are asked to clean before your departure. It has a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed with 200 X 240 duvet. Linens, towels and bath towels are provided.
