For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. My place is 300m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool ground floor) . It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will taste the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location , comfort and calm with the sound of the sea too!

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
