The location was perfect. The pool and hot tub look over the marsh and it was so quiet. Kristin was so responsive and helpful, if we needed her, which was not often. We will definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your place. It was exactly what we needed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and very close to lots of Charleston's favorite things to do. Liz was a great host giving specific directions as well as checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. However, we did not need to request anything additional than what was provided. Check in and check out was an easy process. We will stay here again.

Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

Our family had the best time at Aj and Aaryne’s! The house was exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard pool area was amazing, the perfect place to hang out with our family. A great central location in the Charleston area. Easy to get to downtown to explore, but also a quick ride over to the beach areas. Thank you for a great week!

This is our second time back and it was amazing! Perfect spot for a trip with kids - separate den area to play in, clean and comfortable bedrooms, huge pool with ledges around the sides for the littlest ones, and so close to everything we wanted to get to. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of pool supplies, and we loved how tucked away in a quiet neighborhood it was. My kids loved that every night they could see the jets flying overhead too. Steven was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to come back again!

Living space was clean. Sofa and table had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Parking in driveway for 2 vehicles, one had to park on the street, we had 3. Mattresses on the beds were comfortable but hard. Master bedroom bed only had a queen size comforter on it and it did not appear to be freshly washed as there were short black hairs in a few spots and some green spots on it. Master bathroom door and other trim (baseboards and window sill) were in great need of cleaning. One shampoo bottle for 2 bathrooms but 2 bottles of conditioner and body soap. Plenty of toilet paper and towels were supplied. Only 1 dish towel, but good amount of dish soap. Driveway very narrow and metal edging along sidewalk was kind of dangerous as the front porch light did not illuminate that area. Shrubs are too large for front of house near sidewalk, making it hard to carry in luggage or cooler. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Ice maker wasn’t working upon arrival, but we fixed it. Frying pan was awful.

Great place! We loved how close it was to town. We walked every where. The house was perfect for us and our toddler. The best thing is the lost dog cafe next door. We are there for breakfast every day.

This place was so great for our girls trip! There was so much space and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch immensely. It is so close to everything in Charleston and there are lots of amenities nearby. Would stay again!

We had a great time staying here. The check in was easy. The house was really nice, clean, and perfect for our family. It’s close to a Publix and many restaurants/breweries. It is on a main street, so if you have trouble sleeping there is some light traffic that you can hear. Personally, that doesn’t bother me and the house had a sound machine which is greatly appreciated for families with kids. It was great 😊

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

Are you planning on visiting Charleston? You just found the perfect place to stay. Located in between downtown and Folly Beach, this is ideal. Get out and explore the area and return to relax, unwind, and rest. This amazing place is just like the photos depict. Very neat and clean. The host is responsive and you will not be disappointed.

We had a great time staying at the Borough's listing in Charleston, SC. We especially appreciated the air mattress, extra sheets, and beach towels.

Avi, the host, was great. He made sure everything was ready for our arrival. He responded quickly to messages. Although the location was a little further from King St. than what we thought, the neighbors of the property were great, very friendly. The home was clean and super cozy. We had a great experience.

House was exactly as pictured, although could use a little update. Kitchen island has some loose areas where clothes caught on, and very minimally stocked utensils/supplies- make sure to bring your own fave things if you will stay in and cook! (We didn’t need much this time around) Very clean space. Older but fully functioning washer and dryer- so nice to have this amenity especially for longer stays. Small but fully fenced-in backyard, was perfect for our pups to use especially for nighttime potty break- would loved to have seen more grass- mostly leaves and be careful of ants. Big bathroom, great water pressure in shower. Small but comfortable bedrooms- slept great on the beds! Very comfy couch and lazy boy chair. A stack of board games was a plus! Overall extremely satisfied with our stay! We were in town for a wedding and also wanted to enjoy some beach time. Host was available when we needed something and was very kind to our requests. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

Luis is a great host. He went above and beyond to help me with my girlfriend's birthday. He was very helpful with everything. I definitely would recommend his place to anyone wanting to stay at a place close to Charleston and Folley Beach. His house was very very nice.

This home was clean, cute, and conveniently located between Folly and downtown Charleston. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay. Kitchen and bath supplies were a little sparse (and no beach towels/supplies) so would recommend future guests bring any essentials!

We very much so enjoyed our first stay near Folly Beach! Place was close enough for a short drive to folly beach each day. Location was also nice for our dogs with a fenced in back yard and in a development with lots of other dogs and areas to walk them. Place suited our needs very well with traveling with dogs letting us stay close enough to have them enjoy it as well! Highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our little family. Space felt bigger than a “normal” 2 bed 1 bath. Pictures are exactly what’s in the space (which is getting more rare). All the convenience of being close to activities, without being cramped and squeezed like being in the heart of downtown. Very peaceful, and wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wow. This is an amazing place to stay in Charleston — truly a one-of-a-kind experience! This carriage house is remarkably well done, keeping all of its unique historic character while providing all the needed/desired modern amenities. The neighborhood is so charming, as is the meticulously-kept courtyard garden. We especially enjoyed our time at The Wonderer. It’s a bit of a drive, but it gave us all the hotel perks we could have wanted while allowing us to enjoy the benefits of our own private space. The owners were so helpful and accommodating, and we loved their guide to the city. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
