The Tree House is in our Quirky cottage set, a favorite among longtime lover of the Beachside because you can cook in the cute shared kitchen, enjoy the deck area and tiki bar (all you no bartender but the liquor store is one block away), sit at the long table or chill on the little porch or lounge couch. This room has a full size DAY bed. These are the smallest rooms on the property but also the lowest cost. Three private rooms each with it's own bathroom, open up to the shared amenities.

INDIGO room at Pinckney

Welcome to the INDIGO room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables. Please click our bio photo to view all rooms, rates & reviews. You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, mini fridge, a Fireplace in cooler months, and a complimentary breakfast bar. INDIGO is located on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs. We do not offer onsite parking but convenient parking lots are all within 1-2 blocks. $20-30 per night.

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

The Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. This room is on the third floor. Dog friendly with a one-time fee of $125 per dog. Fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. Room 24- The Triple. This 2nd floor guest room has entry from a covered porch. The Queen bed can sleep up to 2 guests. The private bathroom is outfitted w/ a tub & shower. Swim in the large community pool! Beach access is 1 block away. 1 parking pass provided. Must be 21 years old to rent. NO smoking allowed. Pet friendly for 1 dog w/ additional $125 + tax fee. Pool will be closed from Sept 3-8, 2024.
