This historic property was built in 1838 with original porches to this grand Charleston home. Full renovation in January 2023 to create the beachy, coastal, surf chic spot it is today. The Spot

Close to Folly and downtown Charleston in an established and charming waterfront neighborhood. Very safe with two parks, one being a Civil war battle site, all surrounded by majestic live oaks, salt water marshes, creeks and rivers. There is wonderful bird watching as well as great fishing and crabbing. Surf is up at Folly Beach just down the road and downtown Charleston is a ten minute drive. The bed pictured is a queen size and the sofa pulls out into a full size bed.
