In addition to the spacious living room with fireplace and dining table, the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. In addition to the bedroom with double bed and small work corner, the apartment offers a large bathroom and a small guest toilet. In the living area there is a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) which offers additional space for another 1-2 guests.

From the all-round balcony (2 sides) you can enjoy a view of the unspoilt nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

High above the Neckar Valley, the forest house, renovated in 2018, stands on a large garden plot right on the edge of the forest. The house was built in the last century as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city and today serves exactly this purpose again. The new cast iron stove, which takes over the heating of the house with logs, fits the character of the house. Without the stove, the cottage remains cold at corresponding outside temperatures!

Newly renovated until 2024, the farmhouse is located on the edge of a hamlet on a plateau in the Swabian-Fränkischer Wald Nature Park and has three fully furnished apartments. It is ideal for people who want to spend a few days together, but would like to keep their privacy. From here you can take wonderful excursions and walks (horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, motorbike and car tours ...). Horses and dogs may be brought along.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
