The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. The building is located between the Jagst and the Jagst Valley Cycling Trail. The apartment is in the attic and is about 90 square meters. It is fully furnished. Bedroom 1 has a single bed and a double bed (160 cm), which is on a gallery and can be reached via a small staircase. Bedroom 2 has a 160 cm double bed and bedroom 3 has a single bed. The modern kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING that makes for a pleasant stay.

It has a living/ sleeping area with pull-out couch and a double bed, a small bathroom with shower and a full kitchen with dining area. There is a fenced dog place on the premises, which can be used by arrangement.
