Es handelt sich um eine ruhig gelegene Wohnungseinheit im Erdgeschoss die aus 2 Wohnungen entsteht, gesamt 4 Zimmer. Die schöne Altbauwohnung hat ansprechend große Zimmer mit Höhe Decken. Eine Wohnung wurde als Studio umgebaut mit offene Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Sofa , Klavier , Gäste Toilette und ein Schlafzimmer. Die zweite Wohnung beinhaltet, 2 Schlafzimmer, und Badezimmer. 100 m > Wald 2’>U-Bahn, 6’>Stadtmitte, 16’ >Hauptbahnhof, 40‘ >Flughafen. 500 m>Marienhospital

Beautiful living in the countryside (Murrhardt)

In the Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald Nature Park, the spacious multi-storey duplex apartment (about 100 square meters) is located in a restored farmhouse about 10 minutes (drive) from the center of Murrhardt. With us you have the possibility to place your horses (by arrangement and for a fee), a large pasture with shelter and/or stable with paddock and a small outdoor riding/lunging area is available. 1 house clean and quiet dog may also be brought along.

Jagstidyll near Heilbronn, (Audi, Lidl & Schwarz)

Our apartment is right on the edge of the field. It is 200 m to the Kocher-Jagst cycle path, 6 km to Audi and Lidl. Enjoy the hot tub after a nice hike or bike ride or a day of work and prepare something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen. From here you can explore the stalactite cave in Buchen and the southern Odenwald or the Technik Museum in Sinsheim and Neckarsulm. The Experimenta in Heilbronn is very close. Spacious 4 room attic apartment in upscale equipment for 6 people (maximum 8 people plus 1 baby) with a floor area of 104 sqm. 3 bedrooms, one of them with water bed, a living/dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. In addition, there is a conservatory (currently not heated) with 17.6 square meters, so that almost 122 square meters are available to the guests.
