We rent our idyllic 2-room apartment in a quiet hillside location in the center of Schwäbisch Hall with private garden and old town view. You can prepare meals in the kitchen. In 5 minutes you can walk to the old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The apartment is located on a quiet street where you will also find a parking space for your car. Our friendly apartment (approx. 40 m²) offers a stroll through the design history of the 1920s to the present day. All the furniture has been lovingly restored.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich.
