The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Welcome to our lovely little oasis. Our 48 sq. m. wooden cottage has one bedroom, kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Next to the main house, we have built an annex of 19 sq. m, which we are very happy about. You will have access to the annex if you book for more than 2 people.
