The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Roubenka Dolní Rokytnice (Half-timbered house)

Horská chata Roubenka je utulné místo vhodné k relaxaci nacházející se v chatové části u lesa zhruba kilometr a a pul od města ( taktéž lyžařského vleku). Nabízíme ciste, udržované prostředí jak s výhledem na zahradu, tak do lesa I na řeku Jizeru. Chata je vhodná pro 6 osob. Má 2 patra a k dospozici je také velký pozemek + zahrada na grilování apod. V horním patře 2 loznice ( 1 s televizi, pohovkou, vyhledem a terasku) druhá vedle v soukromí s vyhledem na řeku Jizeru. Ve spodním patře velký krb.

Cooling up after the sauna is possible directly in the river. The property is easily accessible by train, bus, and car. It's not in virgin nature. Even though you'll have the entire shore to yourself, there's another building nearby.

In the living area there are two separate beds, the double bed is located in the mezzanine, this space is not lockable. It also includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine, induction cooker and toaster.

On foot you are in 5 min by the ski stadium, where you get on the local highway ( start Jizerské 50ky ). The same distance applies to ski lifts, shop, swimming pool, bus stops, etc.
