It is located in the village of Mikulášovice and falls under the Protected Landscape Area of Bohemian Switzerland, more precisely its part of Labské Pískovce. There is also a protected bird sanctuary. It is less than 400 meters to the city and there are countless interesting places in the area that are definitely worth visiting, such as the northernmost lookout tower in the Czech Republic Tanečnice, Brtnické Ledopády, Mikov Museum and others.

The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.
