On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

Great year-round location. In winter, skiing for experienced, as well as for beginners and children. In the immediate vicinity there are a number of hiking trails suitable for both less demanding walks and all-day trips to the mountains. The town of Rokytnice offers quality restaurants, a supermarket, ski rentals, bicycles and electric bicycles. The sauna and restaurant are out of service.
