The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is well suited for a relaxing holiday, and we really enjoyed the time there. Absolutely recommended! A place worth recommending! The cottage itself is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, beautiful landscapes, the cottage is close to many tourist places worth seeing, inside very clean, everything was well-maintained and you could see that the hosts gave this place a lot of heart. The house is located in a quiet oikolica. Getting there is very easy. Parking spaces for cars under the house. Shops, restaurants, or a ski bus stop can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The house is located on a small hill. We rented the entire house. It consisted of a ground floor with a dining room , a ski room, bathrooms, and a sauna, and floors with 4 bedrooms , in shared toilets and shared showers. Everything was well-cleaned. Very comfortable mattresses. Each room has a TV with the Netflix app and Youtube. A dining room fully equipped with a microwave, deep fryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker. The kitchen has a fireplace for lighting yourself. The perfect thing when you come back from a freezing walk. The house is very warm. Josef is a very responsive and kind person. As long as I'm in ROkytnica, I'll definitely go back to this home.

We were 4 girls visiting this lovely cottage in the Jizerské Mountains and absolutely loved it! The living room and kitchen were even cozier and more beautiful than in the photos. The host was very friendly and responsive - there’s a CZK 5,000 deposit, so you’ll meet him for check-in and check-out. He built the place himself, and you can feel how proud he is of it. One sauna session is included in the price of accommodation, and any additional sessions are for CZK 800. The sauna is hot and relaxing, and the little cooling pond is amazing. It’s shared with a smaller cottage next door, so you have to book in advance (we were lucky and had it all to ourselves). Soft bathrobes and sheets for the sauna are provided. The beds and pillows were comfy - maybe a bit soft, but we didn’t mind. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We weren’t sure if the microwave also worked as an oven, but that was the only thing we couldn’t figure out. We loved the place.

A very modern accommodation in which the owners (outside the rental) also live. The term: "Spotless" is understated in this case, as every clean room of this house could be a poster child. You could eat off the floor in every room... really in every room. Regarding the equipment, everything was available, especially toys. Communication with Lucie was easy and fast. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the time very much.

Well-equipped accommodation in Tanvald, which offers various rooms and is hence especially suitable for larger groups. The check-in process was very convenient, and our host Tereza did quite walk the extra mile to accommodate us. Thank you very much!

The place was very nice, spacious, rustic and well suited for our winter vacation. However, it is a little to drive to the ski slope and the trails. With a lot of snow, snow chains are definitely recommended because the access is curvy and steep and there is no real turning opportunity. The many rooms have only small closets, but are completely sufficient, since we mostly stayed in the spacious kitchen-living room anyway. The attic is quite low and more for medium-sized children. The hosts are extremely friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

Very beautiful, clean and modern apartment with a nice view on the terrace. The ski bus stop can be seen from the window (right across the river from the apartment). At night, it's quiet and the river gently buzzes to sleep. The only thing I would say is a driveway that is difficult to maintain and slip in winter, but what else to expect is we are in the mountains. For everyone else, I highly recommend this place.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

We had a great stay, perfect location for Cerna Hora. Jaroslav is a great host, super helpful, flexible and quick to respond. The apartment is well equipped, everything you'd need for a week's stay. It was 5 of us, 2 kids and 3 adults and it was spacious and comfortable for all. Definitely recommended for your next stay in Janske Lazne/Pec area!

We had a really great stay at this cottage! The host was incredibly helpful-he explained everything accurately at the beginning and was available when needed. The cottage itself has its own unique atmosphere, which makes staying here even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque, perfect for resting. An additional advantage is the great location – close to both slopes or trails. Highly recommended🤌🏽🤌🏽

Zuzana is a very sweet host who can take care of everything. The slopes are within walking distance and they are very child-friendly, and the ski lessons are great. In the house we were bothered by the acoustics but otherwise everything was very clean, tidy and everything you need is present.

This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.

We were eleven people, all in their early twenties, who wanted to spend New Year's Eve together. The place ultimately exceeded our expectations and made it a memorable vacation. The communication before was relatively easy and we got all the necessary information we needed. The house is very cute furnished with everything you need. The ski resort can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, and you can also hike up and down everywhere. The house with the location is highly recommended!!

We were very warmly welcomed by Eva. The fireplace was already on in the house, so the vacation could start right away. Eva explained and showed us everything. In the house, we didn't lack anything. Everything was lovingly decorated, clean and when the wood ran out, a short message was enough. Eva also gave us local recommendations that were really great. Although the vacation home is right next to the residential building, we had a lot of privacy. The location is also great, you have many excursion options. We went hiking a lot and always liked to come back to the cottage. We can only recommend the place and the great hostess.

We found it super nice sooo cozy! Everything in it, everything is on it. Very good location, not far from the village church and the restaurant "otevrena" with very nice service. We enjoyed it very much, and have been on the ski slope every day. And also thank you for the restaurant recommendation "Na Perlicku", which can even be reached from the slopes on skis - the main thing is that you have enough crowns with you to pay cash;-) Thank you and best regards,

Great place for a quiet vacation. The cottage is newly renovated and very cozy. There are the areas of Herlíkovice and Černá hora nearby, so the ideal sign for skiing. The owner was helpful and gave advice on what to see in the area. The kids appreciated the quality internet!:)

The place was much more beautiful than the photos and fully equipped. On the first day, we had a problem running the hot tub, but the manager came right away and was happy to help. Great sauna with a pool, I just recommend starting to warm up as soon as you arrive. I definitely recommend it!
