Family-friendly holiday rentals in Jablonec nad Nisou District

The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Good place for 8 people

Perfect for a good time in a larger group! We were with six families at Jakub's and enjoyed the time very much. Helpful, direct and friendly communication. Beautiful surroundings. Of course, the house is not a new building, but everything is available: bathroom/toilet in each room, fully equipped kitchen incl. Dispenser, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, barbecue & fireplace directly at the house, short walk to Černá studnice.

Nice, accommodating family! A big plus: the ski slope right outside the front door.

The apartment is located perfectly as a starting point for your hikes. It’s well equipped and comfortable. Nice balcony with the stream flowing just under it, perfect for a coffee in the morning, or a beer at the end of a tiring day.

We were there with 6 people to hike in the area. Very good location of the cabin, lots of sun, pool, fire pit at sunset and plenty of space. Perfect also that there is a sauna. There is everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sabere rooms, good beds, kitchen equipment OK. If you want to hike, it is best to take the car and drive a few kilometers away instead of starting at the cabin. There are no hiking trails right in front of the house. I've visited many cabins in the Czech Republic and this one was perfect.

The place met expectations. The house is smaller inside, for three, a maximum of a family of four. The interior is cozy, styled as a hunter's cabin. They primarily drown in the fireplace. The owner lives a few meters next door in his own house, so he was always available and very responsive.

Pluses Nice view from the windows Spacious and neat apartment with all you need. Enough space to store clothes, enough space for kids, good quality bedding, comfortable mattresses. Super close to two ski lifts for beginners and ski rentals. Free ski bus 100 m away is available to go to more advanced ski slopes. Definitely good value for the price. There are plenty of kitchen amenities. Small grocery store is near by. German speaking TV and WiFi is included. Minuses Kitchen is quite dated with furniture repaired with a duct tape, but it is fully functional and in the end it did not disturb us. Guests are required to wash the dishes and apparently the guests before us were not so diligent with cups. Garage parking is tricky with the elevator for cars and very narrow drive in. We managed to use it quite well, but it requires some practice :) Please measure your car dimensions before booking. Overall we liked it and would love to come back next winter break.

The house is very cozy and nice. The rooms upstairs were spacious and bright and it fit perfectly the sleep and stay there all together as a family. The kitchen is well equipped and there was enough space for all of us to eat in the kitchen. The oven is operating on gas so it's worth to mention it to the guests and explain how to make it work. The living room was also really nice and there were kids toys and books there and the firplace was super wonderful after a long day outside. The area is also beautiful and there are many thigns to do around. Might be worth to add a list of recommendations of places to eat outside close by but besides this great experience

We booked the place for a weekend with friends and were super satisfied with everything

We spent some very nice days at Pavlina's place. For 12 people (4 of them children), the space was absolutely sufficient. You have to keep in mind that some of the beds can only be reached via small stairs to the attic with full occupancy. Certainly suitable for small children only to a limited extent. But it worked out so well for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can hike right from the house which is perfect. Pavlina is a very warm host and we felt very well taken care of.

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

We had a great time at Familiehus Fuchs. 3 adults and 6 children had a lot of fun and space to relax. We will be back.

Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.

Eva was very helpful, available, always eager to do everything right, good communication, although half in German, half English, and with Czech cell phone translation help; I was here with my total of 6 people and friends, and we all liked it, the main attraction is the ski resort, which we were able to use very well, as well as we did many hikes. The accommodation is simple, but everything you need and also clean; it is quite great that every room has its own bathroom, we were delighted and are already thinking about coming back, maybe coming back in 2 years, always recommended

A great place for a group of friends or a large family. Spacious rooms, big living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need. The pool was the biggest experience on hot days. Great location. Very close to shops and restaurants. The Giant Mountains offer a wealth of experiences - hiking, biking... A friendly host was also very helpful in their choice. Thanks for a great stay!
