We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully designed, clean, and fully matches the photos – modern, wooden, with a wonderful atmosphere. We really appreciated the sauna and bathing pond, which took the stay to a whole different level of relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Communication, check-in and check-out was super friendly and uncomplicated. Sauna with Natural Pool is an absolute Highlight! (First entrance is free) Surrounding landscape is picturesque. Proper bedrooms with very good mattresses and own TV. Nice indoor fireplace. Outside Barbecue area will be ready in a few weeks. Very friendly and caring host! Would definitely recommend!

An incredibly beautiful house with full equipment, which leaves nothing to be desired. It is quiet and idyllic, located between green hills. Everything was clean, new and there was nothing missing. I highly recommend the house, both for groups of friends and with family (also for children there is a wide range of games - indoor and outdoor). Just great, nothing to fault.

Great cottage in a small holiday home complex. We were very pleased and spent wonderful days there. Smaller things I didn't like: 1. The listing relates to a specific house (no..264) but contains photos of at least another house. 2. Firewood was not provided. 3. Communication is unnecessarily tedious. There are no employees on site. The landlord office is in Harrachov. However, this does not have access to Airbnb chat. There were conflicting details about check-in and security deposit. Ultimately, I communicated via SMS (Czech phone number). 4. You already know when looking at the photos, the rooms can't really be darkened. 5. There was no full-fledged oven. The device below the stovetop is a microwave with grill function. 6. There is no classic toaster, but a sandwich maker (without shutdown).

Our stay was very nice and pleasant. Everything was clean, the kitchen was spotless and well equipped and Roman took care of everything we asked for. Weather-wise, we arrived in the month of October and it was relatively cold. In order to heat the apartment, you need to use the fireplace and chop wood. This is a difficulty for those who are not used to it and also lighting the fireplace was complicated at first. Another thing is going up to the second floor, the stairs were narrow and complicated to go up and also on the second floor was very cold despite the fireplace. The area is relatively central in the north of Czech Republic and there is a supermarket 8 minutes from the area and a nice restaurant at the entrance to the town. Finally, we had a great time at Roman's place and highly recommend it:)

Everything is in perfect order. Slightly worse availability of shops or restaurants - it's better to drive. Communication, cleanliness, amenities are completely error-free.

Amazing villa. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, beautifully decorated, quiet and cozy location. Our stay at the villa was most enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was all very relaxed. The house and garden were lovely and the pool was a nice extra. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!

Attention, electricity is paid extra. In 3 nights without heating, there were nearly 1,000 crowns. Yes, it's okay, a home for a few families with children. Located in a forest, very quiet neighborhood. The nearest restaurant is over 2 km away, but it's worth it because they serve great dishes at somewhat higher prices. A home in general for moderators. Well-equipped kitchen, fire pit and barbecue area. Dogs didn't bother anyone.

the accommodation is suitable for groups of moms with children. I was told that there was no potty, so there were 2 toys for children and even two cribs. Otherwise, everything was okay. There's also a slide,carousel, and trampoline in the garden, so the kids took off.
