Very good accommodation experience, met Ms. Enrico at check-out, she was very friendly, recommended us tourist destinations, the room was very clean, no smell, everything was very good👍

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

We're back from staying at Gloria's place. Just a note to describe our week: "Beautiful"!! An exceptional setting with mountain views. A spacious and well laid out pool. A spotless and convenient place to stay. Our kids loved the 3 seater bunk bed😁. The fans available are really helpful this time of year. The lady who welcomed us to do the inventory is very kind and very accessible. I recommend this place with my eyes closed. Everything comes together for an exceptional stay.

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)
