Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in İzmit

Very sorry tohave arrived for such short notice. There is a swimming pool on the premises, there were very few people in our driveway. There is a cafe where you can sit,have tea/coffee and relax. Taxi to 100 TRY center (10 minutes),but you can also walk,takes 45 minutes. Flexible check-in and check-out,there is a place to park cars. The room has everything you need, the kitchen was practically not used,you can order delivery of anything from supermarkets from the center.

It was more affordable than the places I went before, and it was great in terms of location. In the evenings, we could easily go to the center or entertainment places as we wanted, thank you very much. They took care of us very well. If I go to Sapanca, I will definitely rent this place again, because it is a very good place for people without a car, get off at the Berceste recreation facilities and take them to a place within walking distance of the house, and we had a nice holiday on the way back, and we thank you again for everything

Ms. Tugba has patiently answered all our questions from the beginning of the process, first of all, thank you very much for this. In addition, the house is the same as in the visuals, and it's really awesome. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Likewise, all other areas are clean and spacious. Don't doubt the temperature, the air conditioners work very well. In short, we were very happy. Ms. Tugba was a great host.

It's impossible not to want to go back to this place, which is in a calm and peaceful location beyond what we are looking for. You feel like you belong there. We would like to thank our host who responded quickly to all our requests and made us feel at home. It was very nice that the house was new in all its amenities. The underfloor heating system and hot pool worked very well. We have forwarded to our host the necessities for improving the quality of stay in the rooms and comfort in the kitchen. We have no doubt that Mr. Hakan will work to provide all the facilities in this regard.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and tidy. The heating of the pool was very successful, we had fun with the kids and the adults. Mr. Adem was in constant contact with us. She took care of it right away if there was an issue. The best part of the house was privacy, a safe and peaceful place with shelter. Would recommend.

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful house and the amazing host. The house was just as represented. Clean, comfortable and large rooms. The backyard was huge. A great place for kids and adults to roam and bike. The pool was immaculate. Cleaned often and perfect for the whole family. The kitty pool was great for the little ones who couldn’t swim and allowed the rest of us to be near them but also enjoy a swim. We held our family reunion here. Looked at many many places but ultimately this house had something for everyone. From my 4 year old to their grandmother. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t go out much we were so comfortable. Whenever we needed anything Hamit went above and beyond the call of duty to help us figure it out. Even surprisingly us with bringing a couple items we had a hard time finding. Will definitely return. Thank you so much Hamit. You made our long awaited family reunion seamless and wonderful.
