Holiday rentals with a hot tub in İzmit

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

We found the place easily, Ms. Mine was interested, the house was clean and there was everything to be found in a house, the pool was clean and warm in the house, it was so, even watching a movie in front of the fireplace, we had a good time as a family, we recommend 🙏🏻

The house smelled of clean linens and soap. The pool was warm. You can go with peace of mind.

The villa was great for a 2-day offiste work meeting between 4 colleagues, blended with fun. The villa is very spacious, clean and well appointed with excellent amenities. Host very approachable and helpful. Highly recommended for large groups (up to 8-10 people).

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was perfect for cleanliness and hygiene. Everything was perfect, whether it was the pool temperature, the amenities of the house. Mr. Barış responded to all questions instantly and provided us with the opportunity to have a smooth holiday. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking about staying:)

I would say think once again about the peace of mind you will have when you go there, the happiness that nature will create, the comfort of the jacuzzi, and the refreshment that the pool will provide. It is an exquisite place, only 2 km from the center, you will not regret going there, I can swear to that, but I cannot prove it. It is easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty land either. Thus, both privacy increases and the environment is not empty enough to make you feel insecure. The walls of the house are high enough to prevent it from being seen from the outside. For those who are sensitive about this, the pool can be easily entered. Its decoration is beautiful enough to stand out from other options. This changes your mood. The interior of the house is clean. All kinds of needs have been considered. After you bring your food supplies, you can feel completely at home. The width of the garden also adds spaciousness. It's exactly the same house as the one in the pictures. Also, the host Ms. Sena is very polite and you can always reach her

It is a lovely place, very big, lots of beds, very clean and a very nice e pool and bbq area, we enjoyed the stay very much.

Mr. Ahmet was very interested in everything. The view from the house is amazing..

Now that I'm on my way back, I wanted to comment on the hot weather. We went to Geyikli Köske with a team of children. Everything we might need at home was thought of. It was very clean. The barbecue area, playground, garden were very enjoyable. Mr. Birol, who took care of the house, was very kind and caring. We would like to thank him and his team. We are leaving the deer mansion very happy, planning our next trip.

Thankfully, we crossed paths with Ms. Yasemin, we met her. We felt like we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday. Everything was perfect. The house was just as it appeared in the photos. The children had a very pleasant time without getting bored, we made very good memories with my family. We can't wait to have a holiday here again. :)

Ms. Esma is a really good host. Our stay went better than we had hoped for. We felt at home and it was a peaceful house. We had everything we needed and every detail was considered. From the moment we booked, she was very helpful and very caring. We will definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.

It was spotless, you feel like you ate in your own house, everything is thought out to the last detail, the glass, the bowl, the sugar, the coffee, everything is completely there, there is nothing you need to buy and everywhere is spotless, when there is a problem, they immediately respond and help, there is a very large market within a 10-minute walking distance, the lake is close enough to get by taxi, everything was very beautiful

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Keenan’s bungalow. Kenan is a very friendly host and is very helpful. The place looks exactly as you see it in the photos. It is in a quiet area that is nice and relaxing. We hope one day we can return and stay at one of Kenan’s places again.

First of all, the house was spotless and the garden was quite spacious. The pool and rooms were as shown in the photo. We were very warmly welcomed at the entrance by our hosts and sent off the same way when we left. It was definitely an experience that could be taken care of.
