The game floor equipped with Turkish bath , sauna, billiards , table tennis and table football, heated indoor and outdoor pool(only 1 will be heated) , 4 bedrooms , gallery space with a height of 7 meters, viewing terraces and unique Sapanca lake views are waiting for you. We have carport space for 4 cars available within the property.

For the Villa House option, the Blue Suite, Gold Suite, Forest Room and Soft Room are offered together. The Blue and Gold Suites are VIP rooms with lake views, a private hot tub and a spacious terrace. The Forest and Soft Rooms offer garden views and are quiet and peaceful. All rooms have a private bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, a TV and comfortable beds. There is a private garden, a pool, a BBQ area and parking. Seasonal recessions in the lake level may occur.

Dear guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and it has been renovated as of 10.15.2024. This unique place has a style all its own. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.
