Our tiny house, just 100 km from Istanbul, offers a comfortable escape in nature. Everything is ready for you with fresh air, a COOLING pool, Wi-Fi, heating with a fireplace, IP TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, towels and barbecue facilities. 1 km to the waterfall, 15 km to Ormanya, 20 km to the Izmit coast, 25 km to Kandıra, which is famous for its beaches, and 19 km to the Ski Centre. 👍 We welcome our guests who want to get away from the city and enjoy nature during their holidays to our farmhouse with a pool.

Our place is the only Bungalow with a completely sheltered nature view in a 5-acre garden in the Eşmeahmediye neighborhood of Kartepe Loft floor double bed Two separate single rooms downstairs Living room for one person Accommodates 5 adults and a baby. We have underfloor heating, air conditioning and a fireplace. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 3x6 hot pool, barbecue and fire pit in our garden, and we have a generator to avoid being affected by power outages. We only accept families and groups of girls.

The Blue and Gold Suites are VIP rooms with lake views, a private hot tub and a spacious terrace. The Forest and Soft Rooms offer garden views and are quiet and peaceful. All rooms have a private bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, a TV and comfortable beds. There is a private garden, a pool, a BBQ area and parking. Seasonal recessions in the lake level may occur.
