Holiday rentals with an EV charger in İzmir

Temiz bir AirBnb. Check-In daha önce mümkün oldu. Balkonda, havuz da bakımlı ve güzel. Biraz tepede kaldığı için sessiz, ama ulaşımı kolay. Binanın hemen yanımda Carrefour ve bir de Dolmuş Durağı mevcut. Devam önerebileceğim bir AirBnb.

Konumu ve manzarası çok güzel. Performans/ fiyat açısından üst sıralarda

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Der Supermarkt ist direkt an der Straße, so das man alle Besorgungen ohne Auto erledigen kann. Der Pool war immer sauber und die Handtücher wurden nach dem verlassen direkt ausgetauscht. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden stellend. Würde und werde beim nächsten Çeşme Besuch erneut die Unterkunft buchen.

Evin manzarası çok iyidi

Her şey oldukça güzeldi. Ekip yardımsever ve samimiydi, tüm soru ve ihtiyaçlarımız yanıtlandı. Odamız ve manzarası harikaydı. Temel ihtiyaçların hepsi mevcuttu. Havuz ve peyzaj çok iyiydi. Genel olarak tüm tesis temizdi. Park yeri sorunu yoktu. Market ve diğer ihtiyaçlara yakındı. Tavsiye edilir.

Gerçekten her şey harikaydı. istediğimiz zaman odamız temizleniyordu. Havuzu tertemiz binanın kendisi tertemiz. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık çeşme ve Alaçatı taraflarında gerçekten tercihimiz bundan sonra belli. Teşekkür ederiz.

Great owners, easy communication, everything you need. Close to city, waterfront, etc

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

Her şey müthişti, kalacağım yeri her zaman titizlikle seçmeye çalışırım ama şimdiye kadar konakladığım hiçbir yerde bu denli ince düşünülmüş malzemeler yoktu, kişisel bakım malzemelerinden tutunda boş vaktimizde oynarsak diye bırakılmış oyun dahi vardı. Rica üzerine bize esnek giriş şansı dahi tanıdı. Biz Alican Bey'den de konaklamamızdan da son derece memnun kaldık kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Le logement correspondait aux photos et à la description, il est bien situé au centre de Ayvalik. L'hôte a pu nous accueillir en fin de journée alors que nous avions réservé dans l'après-midi, elle est très réactive. merci Emine pour notre séjour !

Çok temiz ve ferah bir ev her yatak odasinda banyo ve tualet vardı ve çok temizlerdi havlular yeni yıkanmış ve tertemizdi. Ev sahipleri aşırı kibar ve güler yüzlülerdi bizi çok iyi ve güler yüzlü karşıladılar. Evin konumu da çok güzel ve sakin bir yerde sarımsaklı ve cunda adasına çok yakın. Aile ile kalınmak için çok müsait ben yeni doğan çocuğumla geleceğim diye haber verdiğimde bizim için beşik de eklemişlerdi bu ince düşünce bizi çok mutlu etti.

Çoğu insan gibi yapılan yorumlara bakarak tercihte bulunduk. Her yorumun iyi olması biraz abartılı mı acaba diyorsunuz ama gittiğinizde yorumların da, Merve Hanımın da samimiyetini de görebiliyorsunuz. Gayet tertipli temiz bir ev ortamında ve doğa içerisinde kendimizi bulduk. Teşekkürler.

Bu evde kaldığımız süre boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Ev, fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi güzel ve çok temizdi. Konumu harika, merkezi yerlere yakın. Ev sahibimiz tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı düşünmüştü. Kendimizi gerçekten evimizde hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isteriz ve herkese tavsiye ederiz!

I was very happy with Mustafa`s place. It was very tidy and clean. The place had everything I needed. I stayed for four nights with a friend of mine for a highschool renunion dinner in Cesme. His place is 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Very easy to get to. The bus from Izmir dropped me off on main street, very close to the apartment. I walked for one or two minutes to get to the place. There are supermarkets nearby (2 minute walk) for food shopping and basic needs. The place had an A/C, TV, iron, hairdryer, working electric stove, big size fridge, electric kettle to heat water, plates, pots/pans, silverware etc. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very friendly, kind and helpful from first communication until we left. Can`t thank him enough for the pleasant experience I had. I will be back! :)
