Villa holiday rentals in İzmir

It was a very nice clean villa. The pool was large enough. We went with 6 friends and had a very enjoyable time.

The house was much bigger than it looked, the size of the garden and pool was very ideal. Very suitable for large groups or families. We parked our car easily. The location of the house is very central, we were very close to everywhere. We were in contact with the host from the very beginning. We had a very nice 3 days, thank you.

A home where you can go with your eyes closed. It was very clean and tidy. All the items we needed were available. Mr. Hakan is a wonderful host. He even brought us a holiday dessert :) Karaburun is a region we love very much. This place was extra beautiful. A rare opportunity for those seeking peace and tranquility. We didn't have a house to stay in Karaburun, but we say we do now.

Mr. Özal was a wonderful host, he immediately responded to our questions Every detail was thought out in the villa, it was incredibly clean We had a peaceful holiday. We would like to thank Mr. Özal.

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

Beautiful place and so peaceful..

We accommodated 3 families as 10 people, the host, Mr. Rasim, welcomed it very well, the house was extremely clean and tidy, it was a little cold, but we took care of everything, the heaters in the house helped us, they prepared a little snack for us,we loved it,we liked it, we felt comfortable ☺️🙏🏻

At the most, thank you so much to Ayse. The house is very well located. It has two huge gardens on ten and back and a huge sea view terrace on the top floor. Highly recommend. A clean family home to stay in. The host was also very helpful.

As a crowded group, we chose a fun and calm vacation, we loved the fact that all the rooms downstairs were designed to open to the pool, the common areas are spacious enough, close to the migros, the place is a safe, calm street, we would like to thank Mr. Bulut, who answered our questions and helped us a lot with everything. Ms. Ozlemfr's house is impeccably luxurious. Spacious room, beautiful interior, fully equipped. Most importantly, a warm and friendly hostess who welcomed us with patience and enthusiasm. Ms. Ozlemfr listed a few local restaurants according to our needs, and we finally chose a Turkish-style barbecue restaurant, which was of great quality. We feel very lucky to be able to stay in such a room at the beginning of our trip, perfect for a self-drive tour.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Great place for staying with friends, good location, highly recommended

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay all around! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect for us – quiet, but still super connected. In just 5 minutes, we were by the sea by car, and two water parks are also very close (unfortunately, they were still closed at the time of our trip, but the location remains great). We would especially like to highlight the great recommendations and tips from the host – this helped us to get to know the area better and to fully enjoy our stay. Clear recommendation! I recommend a rental car for the region. We were 3 in the accommodation, 2 children and 1 adult. The pool is cleaned several times a week by a pool boy, which I also think is great. We will be happy to come back soon.

Mr. Ilyas is a really good host and helped us a lot in everything. The house was clean and quite large. We went with our pet and the garden is very useful for pets. Transportation to the seas was very easy. You can reach many beaches in five to 10 minutes, especially if you have a car. I would be very happy to rent Mr. Ilyas' house again when I travel to that region again. We would like to thank him. :)

My family and I had a pleasant stay. The house is accurate to the photos, very functional and the decor is really nice. With Gökhan's instructions we found the house without difficulty. You have to be transported but we were warned. In fact, he was available all along the stay to answer our questions, thank you to him. Special mention for a small typical Turkish restaurant 5 minutes by car in the heights we enjoyed ourselves.

Friendly and responsible host. Beautiful and Safe Neighborhood, clean water and beach, free parking , filtered water on tab. We asked for recommendations about the area and honestly all of our host recommendations were spot on, perfect. Villa felt like home, all of us felt calm and relaxed.

Everything was great. The house was as described and everything was very clean. Orkun and his assistant welcomed us so warmly and they were very helpful. The only negative side was the noise from the main road but it didn't bother us that much. Thank you.

Hello, if you want to plan a beautiful sea, a beautiful beach and a peaceful beautiful holiday, this villa is fully equipped with everything, a villa that we will not find missing. I am sure that you will understand what I said much better when you notice every detail considered when you stay here.
