House holiday rentals in İzmir

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that haunted us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

I have been using this platform for 7 years. I use AirBnb for most of my domestic and international travels. Among all my travels, Mr. Burhan's house was definitely the best quality, the most "homely", the most friendly, the most comfortable and definitely the cleanest. The house is designed to cover and accommodate everything you need. 5 ultra-luxurious rooms, each with a separate bathroom and toilet, were delivered sparkling clean. The housekeepers are available 24 hours a day to respond to your support requests and fulfill almost any request. Mr. Burhan asked if we had a request every day, he was incredibly helpful. Every part of the house is designed with a sense of luxury. From the 100" TV in the living room to the pool ceramics, even the finest details are equipped with the highest quality products. Privacy and confidentiality are highly valued. The security of the house is very well provided. I will choose Mr. Burhan's house without hesitation for my future travels.

We had a great stay at Alison’s place. The sunset views were amazing from the pool area and it was a good base to explore the Ephesus ruins. The house was clean and comfortable. Weather ruined our plans for a beach day in Kusadasi but Alison was helpful with suggestions. We did find taxi drivers and operators on our own that were more inexpensive than her suggestions so that’s something to keep in mind. There were a few negatives. The place was clean though it had a strange smell we couldn’t put our finger on in the bedrooms. And being in the pool area you realized you have neighbors right above you so it doesn’t feel very private since we did hear them one day as well. Lastly, the neighborhood the house is in itself is not the prettiest. We never felt unsafe walking though and it’s a 8 minute or so walk to a busy area of delicious restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but it was the most expensive accommodation in our 10 days in Turkey so unsure of value.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

the house felt really incredibly peaceful. It was as it appeared in the photos and immaculately clean. Critical needs were foreseen and left. (toilet paper, salt, charcoal, gel, etc.) communication with the hosts was easy and easy. It is also a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Dikili and there are very nice places in the center. Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first introduction, I told him that everyone had mentioned him and that there were very good comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I have never seen a host who is so helpful, kind, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we would take the ferry. I mean, you'll really know when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. It also has a garden at the back. But it was better than home to get to know Mustafa Bey. I highly recommend it.

Perfect place to stay

First of all, I would like to express my endless gratitude to Mr. Mert and his wife for the service and gestures they have offered us. I would like to state that the pool is personal and they make their guests feel like family members. It is one of the most suitable and comfortable areas you can find in the Urla region.

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house for two days. Cleanliness is usually the top priority for us. It was very clean and we were very satisfied like our own home. We went with our 2 children and had a great time. Of course, we were so satisfied. We loved Mr. Recep and his wife Ms. Cansu, sincerely,🙂 friendly and nice people. We plan to go again in the summer.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable, especially the terrace for breakfast, we thought it was great. There was enough space for four people and the decor was very nice. We would book with Merve again on our next holiday.

It's a beautiful house to stay in Foça. We were able to reach the seaside by walking for 2 minutes. All kinds of amenities were available at home. I recommend it.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 large rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, where 2 couples could easily stay, with their own toilet and bathroom. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... We had a lovely three days. The house was clean and very sweet. It was very good for us that it was so close to the beach. Thanks to Mr. Arkun for allowing us to have a peaceful holiday.

I can say that it is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Foça. The center has convenient parking, and the sea and restaurants are easily accessible. All the amenities mentioned before are available at home, and when we entered, we were greeted with clean smells and the pleasant note of Mr. İlhan and Ms. Bircan. Ms. Bircan was always in contact with us, even though she was far away, from our arrival to our departure. I would recommend to anyone.

We had the opportunity to stay in Yağhane Ayvalık for 4 days. It was a very nice experience. The atmosphere and design of the place were very beautiful. It was no different than the photos. We provided transportation without a vehicle. Access to public transportation was easy. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but also very close to the center. Mrs. Naz quickly answered our questions. We had no problems with check-in and check-out. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. There were all the ingredients for those who wanted to cook. During the 4 days we spent, the weather was extremely hot, so we couldn't enjoy our coffee on the steps, we just hope we can find an opportunity next time we come. 🐣

We stayed for 2 days. When you entered the house, the spirit of Alaçatı immediately embraced you. There was everything you could think of in the house. The books in the bookcase, the accessories, the fireplace, the atmosphere of the house was very nice. The Alaçatı bazaar was a 5-minute walk. The street where the house was located had the full spirit of Alaçatı. On the morning of the holiday, our host left bagels and boyoz at our door, which was a very nice thought.
