During business hours, this place is used as an office and guest check-ins are done here. Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Jacuzzi fee is extra, 1500 TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.

Our villa with a heated pool, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people. It has a heated 24-hour pool of 9×4m. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 mustakil garden. It is 6.5 km to the center of Eskifoça. It has its own car garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them has a large shared double sink and the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms.
