Our villa and bungalow houses with views of nature and panoramic sea views are waiting for you. ‼️ Our pool is for shared use. ⚠️ 🕘 Our pool hours: 9:00 am – 9:00 pm ⚠️ There is a separate block next to the villa that is independent of the villa. During business hours, this place is used as an office and guest check-ins are done here. A screen is placed in between for your privacy; your accommodation area is separate from the villa. 🏡 We also have bungalow listings.

Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Jacuzzi fee is extra, 1500 TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.

Our villa with a heated pool, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people. It has a heated 24-hour pool of 9×4m. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 mustakil garden. It is 6.5 km to the center of Eskifoça. It has its own car garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them has a large shared double sink and the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. Our villa has 4 air conditioners. In order to make good memories in our villa, we would be happy to host you.

There is a fireplace type stove, radiator heater and air conditioner in the winter months. The site has its own beach, and the best bays of the region (Manal, Ayıbalığı, Korsan Beach, Ardıç Beach, Beyaz Kayalar) are 5-10 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed
