Perfect loc. flat in Alsancak, the heart of İzmir.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, living room, dining room and working area. It has a bathroom and WC. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook your meals and coffee. The location of the flat is perfect, you get everything close at hand. It is a 5 minute walk from the historical Kemerlatı Bazaar, Fair, Kordon, Alsancak Ferry Port. İt is also a 2 minute walk from Gül, Mexico and italian street, where Alsancak’s most decent restaurant many shops and bars are located.

And transportation takes 2 minutes by bus passing the door.

My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a little sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

In Göztepe, İzmir s best place for staying, a spectacular apartment with a beautiful sea view. 2 bedroom with a king size bed, 3 air conditioner, natural gas heating, kitchen with everything you need, special parking place and an unique İzmir Bay view and a lovely sunset view. Our building has elevator so you don't need to climb any stairs with your heavy luggages. Our parking place is not ok for vans. we can't allow bigger than SUV

The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
