A short 5 walk minute down the hill brings you to our private beach & neighbouring beach club for a swim at any time of the day. Dikili and Bademli are in close driving proximity.

Kumbükü and Gönsüz bays are 5 minutes away by car. Piney House promises a peaceful holiday under pine trees, with a starry view over tangerine and lemon trees. You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey, is 10 minutes away by car.

Our seafront house is equipped to the finest detail for you, our guests. Our 100 m2 garden is all covered by a convertible automatic awning. You can take advantage of this area in summer and winter depending on any weather. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has full sea views. The floor is Italian marble and underfloor heated.

Urla Seaside House

Peaceful and solitary seaside house a few meters from the Aegean Sea. 75 square meters indoor, 70 square meters patio, 1000 square meters of garden. Ideal for a couple or a family of three-four. There is no door between living room and bedroom. 20 minutes drive to Urla, 30 minutes drive to Çesme/Alaçatı and 40 minutes drive to Izmir.
