Flat 43 m2, very quiet surround (pedestrian street, lot's of vegetation). Bright (double exposure), well-appointed appartement : double living-room, one bedroom (with a new very confortable - 2 places - bed), possibility of a 2nd Bed (Air Mattress), with separated (and very small) kitchen, bathroom and toilets. Garden in the inner courtyard. Possibility to park your car easily in the street. Very close (5-10 mn walk) to all the commodities, shops. Transports. 20 mn to the hyper-center of Paris.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and refrigerator, only the kitchen is shared. Coffee and tea are offered. Free Wi-Fi access. For your information, the shower has been repaired and has been working very well for a year (message to visitors who read the comments :-)
