The apartment is on the ground floor of a city house. Close to RER C - Ivry sur Seine (8-minute walk), 20 minutes from Saint Michel, 30 minutes from Châtelet. The apartment is composed of two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and fridge, only the kitchen is shared. Coffee and tea are offered. Free access to wifi. We stayed from 3 to 11 July 2025. Small apartment VERY CLEAN and new where it is easy to rest. The night is very quiet and the building is very relaxing. It's really a great place to sleep. Small, new, clean. Windy was very attentive to our needs and very responsive to our questions. The place is located close to public transport and you will be in the heart of Paris in less than 30 minutes. Not the most beautiful neighborhood but you feel safe and there are many services nearby: bakery/pastry shop, supermarket, etc. We recommend. Thank you Windy!

My stay at Leocadie’s apartment was very pleasant. The place is clean, full of light and very spacious. You can be in the center of Paris within 20 minutes without paying the city high price or staying in a ridiculously small place. I would definitely recommend.

I realy loved my short stay at Milea's place. It was great to get to stay in IVRY and the flat is perfect for that. Close to the Metro, comfortable, clean and compact. I wa sonly there for a short time so didn't really get to use the terrace or the. kitchen but the bedroom and lounge were great and checking in and out was really easy. Milea was very helpful and responsive Throughout. Thanks so much. Henry
