Highly Recommend Beautiful Merumalia Vineyard! Why stay in the bustle of Rome when you can unwind just a short train ride away in beautiful Frascati at the stunning Merumalia Vineyard & Agricultural Society? Enjoy the peace, views, and hospitality of this organic boutique winery. Giulia, along with sister Flavia and mother MariaTeresa, welcomed us warmly to a spacious, comfortable apartment and were incredibly responsive with local tips. We chose Merumalia to end an extended tour thanks to its easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Though we missed the hosted dinner, we loved the fragrant grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills. Frascati itself is a gem—full of charm and flavor. Make Merumalia your relaxing base for exploring Rome, and return each day to the serenity of the vineyard.

We loved our time at Annamaria’s “Eye in the Sky”! The apartment was in a great location with an amazing view of the sea. We appreciated the help we received from her and her husband when we needed it. Thanks Annamaria!

What a beautiful property! The family was so nice and Nieve’s suggestions made our time so much richer.

The place is very quiet and has a great view. However, you must count 15/20 minutes of gravel road to reach San Quirico (the nearest village). Paolo provided us with a lot of information about the region as well as the cities he advised us to visit depending on how long we stayed. The accommodation allows you to stay longer thanks to the kitchen and outdoor BBQ (in addition to the activities available: swimming pool, ping pong, petanque etc). Small clarification: plan to pay the tourist tax in cash (about €2/day/person).

What can I say, if I could put more stars on it! Evelina and Maurizio are two beautiful people. We spent a weekend with them and felt right at home. They and their super-footed friends are super welcoming and friendly. The house is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, a wonderful place for those who love nature, animals and tranquility. The room we slept in, with an attached bathroom, was super clean and comfortable, overlooking the garden. Evelina's bread and dessert will be hard to forget! :) We will be more than happy to come back! Highly recommended! 😄

We stayed in Antonio's accommodation for one night only but we had a great time. The room had everything you needed and was very clean, as was the private bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Antonio and his wife are two cheerful and helpful people. Absolutely recommended also for reaching the Vittoriale, which is only a 10-minute drive.

The place reminds me of Tuscany. Everything was very well maintained and totally matched the photos. Carlo prepared a sweet, fine breakfast every morning, always something different. You have to be aware that the place is rather remote. Nothing can be reached on foot, by car you have to the first restaurant approx. 10 minutes and to the nearest beach also about 10-15 minutes.

It’s impossible to stay indifferent to how the owners of the villa treat their business — there’s so much soul, love, and care in everything they do. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious food. This is definitely a place to come for a honeymoon and enjoy the sauna, the pool, and the views. Keep in mind that the road to the villa is a winding mountain road, but by the second day it doesn’t feel as scary as the first time. The breakfast here is incredible — make sure to try the pistachio croissant, I honestly don’t know how to live without it now. At night you can stargaze, and during the day, go hiking in the surrounding area. The interior details are beautiful — you can really see the hosts’ taste and eye for design. The toiletries were amazing too — I now want to buy the same shampoo just for its scent. I truly believe this is a hidden gem of Lake Como.

Giovanna the perfect host in every way, always trying to make your stay the best that it can be. Idyllic setting for those who appreciate the peace and quiet that pure nature can provide . The breakfast is memorable for its contents and presentation, add too that the tranquil setting and the magic is complete .

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

We stayed with Katia and Pino for 2 nights. It was a beautiful experience. Impeccable hospitality and cleanliness. They were super helpful and loving even with our dog. We also had the pleasant fortune to eat the delicious pizza cooked by Pino in his wood-burning oven! Absolutely recommended. Hope to be back soon!

I was looking for a quiet place surrounded by greenery and silence, and I found it. Cosy and tasteful room, very kind and attentive owner, I will definitely be back.

Everything was just unbelievable from the moment we arrived. The way driving to the top of the mountain was amazing. The jaw dropping panoramic view on the top was absolutely speechless. It was only 3 nights, but Enrico and Danielle made it the greatest! They made wonderful breakfast and dinner for us everyday. Visiting Enrico’s observatory was the most special experience we had that we’ll remember it forever. Luckily we were also able to join a local hiking group to experience the beauty of the mountains even more. And we learned a lot about the surrounding, landscape and Italy from Enrico and Danielle. We just fell in love with Italy even more! Thank you so so so much!!!

Impeccable accommodation in a relaxing place to make a stop on a Tuscan tour. We spent the evening on the terrace watching dozens of fireflies in the bottom of the neighbouring garden! Magical! Frederico was very considerate from a distance. A great host!

A really magical little bit... it took just two days to make us fall in love and want to come back. The management is exceptional: Mara and Michele are true hosts, always available and full of tips and information about places to visit nearby. The room is very welcoming, we appreciated the authentic style they wanted to preserve, with furniture and delicate decorations that recall the age of the house. The breakfast is wonderful, with local products and a selection designed with the heart, able to fill both our belly and soul. The B&B is located a little outside Gioia del Colle, but this turned out to be an advantage: the city is quite chaotic for traffic, road traffic and parking difficulty, while the property is easily accessible in about 15 minutes, along a road in excellent condition. Villa Baciolo was truly enchanting. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with fantastic bathrooms and a peaceful, serene atmosphere throughout the property. Sandra, her sister, and their entire family were incredibly kind and always available when needed. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a delight—fresh juice, local fruits, pastries, yogurt, and cereal. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks from the bar and dinner onsite while taking in the unforgettable view of San Gimignano’s medieval skyline. This place holds a special place in our hearts. My husband and I will never forget the warmth of the people—or their fluffy dog Ada! Highly recommend booking this gem.

Wonderful place, in the green, quiet, spacious and with enchanting views. Ideal for unplugging. All spaces are functional and designed to be lived at their best. The lights in the pool (beautiful) to stay there even in the evening, the outdoor showers, the dining area with the fire pit. The super equipped kitchen, with all the tools you may need. There were ten of us with three dogs, each with their needs often difficult to satisfy, but this place and Mr. Alfonso, on the other hand, succeeded. Thank you also for the kindness and attention of Mr. Alfonso. It was valuable. We will be back for sure and will definitely recommend it.

Excellent, original, comfortable and well-kept accommodation, immersed in the woods and the sounds of nature. To rest and relax, or discover the many trails to discover the surrounding area. We had a great time. Thanks to the welcome and the punctual and always discreet presence of the hostess.

The beautiful natural context, the tranquility and silence of the area, the view, the offer of landscape and cultural sites in the immediate vicinity would be enough to recommend this accommodation... but the real added value is the two hosts, Angela and Micol, and of course their three roommates (two dogs and a pet): to say that staying with them is like being at home does not make the idea. As discreet, never intrusive, full of those small-large attentions to the guest that fill you with gratitude, they gave us valuable advice and shared invaluable evenings of conversation and cultural and above all human exchange. We sincerely recommend a stay of at least 3-4 days to enjoy this unexpected mix of depth and lightness. And don't miss the home restaurant, as excellent as the rich breakfast of local products. They're worth all the effort (minimum) to climb up here!

Atimoda House is very idyllically located in a very small mountain village, a 40-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. The views and silence are spectacular. There are many trails starting here and a via ferrata. There is everything you need for self-catering, including a washing machine. But there is also a restaurant nearby, with reservation you can have dinner there, and you can also borrow equipment for the via ferrata there.
