The apartment is part of a restored 400+ year-old wing of Palazzo Rosso, shared facilities include a pool (seasonal), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a small gym, a large playroom with a pool table, table football, a ping pong table, and kitchen; there are bikes and a barbeque. From Palazzo Rosso you are well placed to visit the whole of the Veneto region, we are an hour's drive from Venice, 40 minutes from Verona, 20 from Vicenza and Padua, and hour away from Lake Garda and the Dolomites.

"Tramonto" Apartment - Farmhouse on Lake Como

"Tramonto" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (25 minutes of steep walking/5 minutes driving), you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable.

The charming holiday home "La Greppia" is located in the middle of the olive groves on the hills between Pisa and Volterra. It is easily accessible via the access road to Chianni, a typical Tuscan village with old stone houses and a church worth seeing. The beautifully landscaped garden with seating area, outdoor shower and comfortable seating offers a wonderful view of the hills of Tuscany.

FARFALLA DI TOSCANA: Privacy, pool, amazing views

The property consists of two recently renovated old Tuscan farmhouses, "I Millefiori" and "La Bellavista", which are adjacent and rented out as one unit. Each house is self-sufficient with its own kitchen and dining areas both inside and outside. The two houses share a large parking lot, a 12x6 meter pool, and a small playground. Situated on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees just a ten minute drive from Pescia, the property enjoys splendid views both south and north.

La Rupina is a private, detached home designed for independent explorers. Set in the mountains near Lucca, the house offers views across the Serchio Valley to Pania della Croce. After exploring the region, return to a home designed for relaxing in: Soothe tired legs in the private plunge pool (4m×2m×1m) Use the outdoor grill for a well-earned Italian BBQ while the sun sets over the peaks.
