Enjoy the peace, views, and hospitality of this organic boutique winery. Giulia, along with sister Flavia and mother MariaTeresa, welcomed us warmly to a spacious, comfortable apartment and were incredibly responsive with local tips. We chose Merumalia to end an extended tour thanks to its easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Though we missed the hosted dinner, we loved the fragrant grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills. Frascati itself is a gem—full of charm and flavor. Make Merumalia your relaxing base for exploring Rome, and return each day to the serenity of the vineyard.

Es war eine traumhafte Zeit bei Nieve und ihrer Familie. Sehr entschleunigend. Ein altes Landgut mit vielen liebevollen Details und unglaublich toll restauriert. Das große gemeinsame Wohnzimmer für alle Gäste ist riesig und das Sofa lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen eine Wohlfühloase mit leckerem und gesundem Frühstück (es gab frisch gepresstes Möhren-/Apfelsaft) . Für das Erkunden der näheren Umgebung gibt es die besten Tipps von Nieve. Lecce hat uns in seinen Bann gezogen . Was für eine schöne Stadt . Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mit der ganzen Family wieder. DANKE für die schöne Zeit .

L'endroit est très calme et dispose d'une superbe vue. Cependant, vous devez compter 15/20 minutes de route de gravier pour rejoindre San Quirico (le village le plus proche). Paolo nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur la région ainsi que les villes qu'il nous conseillait de visiter en fonction du temps que nous restions. Le logement permet de rester plus longtemps grâce à la cuisine et bbq extérieur (en plus des activités disponibles : piscine, ping pong, pétanque etc). Petite précision : prévoyez du cash pour payer la taxe touristique (environ 2€/jour/personne).

Che dire, se potessi mettere più stelline lo fare! Evelina e Maurizio sono due persone bellissime. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in loro compagnia e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Loro e i loro super amici a quattro zampe sono super accoglienti e simpatici. La casa è bellissima e immersa nel verde, un posto meraviglioso per chi ama la natura, gli animali e la tranquillità. La stanza in cui abbiamo dormito, con bagno annesso, era pulitissima e comoda, con affaccio direttamente sul giardino. Il pane e il dolce fatti da Evelina saranno difficili da dimenticare! :) Torneremo più che volentieri! Straconsiglio! 😄

Siamo stati nell’alloggio di Antonio solo per una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera aveva tutto il necessario ed era molto pulita, così come il bagno privato. La colazione abbondante e varia. Antonio e sua moglie sono due persone allegre e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato anche per raggiungere il Vittoriale, che è solo a 10 minuti di macchina.

Die Unterkunft erinnert mich an die Toskana. Es war sehr gepflegt alles und entsprach total den Fotos. Carlo hat jeden Morgen ein süsses, feines Frühstück vorbereitet, immer etwas anderes. Man muss sich etwas bewusst sein, dass die Unterkunft eher abgelegen liegt. Zu Fuss kann nichts erreicht werden, mit dem Auto hat man zum ersten Restaurant ca. 10 Minuten und zum nähsten Strand auch etwa 10-15 Minuten.

It’s impossible to stay indifferent to how the owners of the villa treat their business — there’s so much soul, love, and care in everything they do. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious food. This is definitely a place to come for a honeymoon and enjoy the sauna, the pool, and the views. Keep in mind that the road to the villa is a winding mountain road, but by the second day it doesn’t feel as scary as the first time. The breakfast here is incredible — make sure to try the pistachio croissant, I honestly don’t know how to live without it now. At night you can stargaze, and during the day, go hiking in the surrounding area. The interior details are beautiful — you can really see the hosts’ taste and eye for design. The toiletries were amazing too — I now want to buy the same shampoo just for its scent. I truly believe this is a hidden gem of Lake Como.

Giovanna the perfect host in every way, always trying to make your stay the best that it can be. Idyllic setting for those who appreciate the peace and quiet that pure nature can provide . The breakfast is memorable for its contents and presentation, add too that the tranquil setting and the magic is complete .

Wir hatten einen Urlaub in zwei der Suiten der Tenuta Sant’Antonio. Nach der Suite Lavanda übersiedelten wir in die etwas größere Suite Ginepro. Zum Unterschied zu den anderen Suiten ist diese hier etwas isolierter gelegen. Wir haben uns dort auch gleich wohlgefühlt, den traumhaften Blick genossen und den Wecker gestellt, um den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben. Die tolle Terrasse lädt ein, sich in Palau ein paar typische Leckereien und einen Wein zu besorgen, um den lauen Abend zu genießen. Super Location!

Antonio was a WONDERFUL host! He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves in his lovely town. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!

Il soggiorno da Karen e Marco è stato fantastico! Un'oasi di pace immersa nel verde. La casa e il giardino sono bellissimi, curati in ogni dettaglio. I proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! La camera è accogliente, adatta ad una coppia con un bambino piccolo. Speriamo di tornare in estate per poter sfruttare la bellissima piscina!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Katia e Pino per 2 notti. È stata una bellissima esperienza. Accoglienza e pulizia impeccabili. Si sono dimostrati super disponibili e amorevoli anche con la nostra cagnolina. Abbiamo anche avuto la piacevole fortuna di mangiare la buonissima pizza cucinata da Pino nel suo forno a legna! Assolutamente raccomandabile. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Cercavo un posto tranquillo immerso nel verde e nel silenzio e l'ho trovato. Camera accogliente e di gusto molto raffinato, titolare molto gentile e attenta, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Everything was just unbelievable from the moment we arrived. The way driving to the top of the mountain was amazing. The jaw dropping panoramic view on the top was absolutely speechless. It was only 3 nights, but Enrico and Danielle made it the greatest! They made wonderful breakfast and dinner for us everyday. Visiting Enrico’s observatory was the most special experience we had that we’ll remember it forever. Luckily we were also able to join a local hiking group to experience the beauty of the mountains even more. And we learned a lot about the surrounding, landscape and Italy from Enrico and Danielle. We just fell in love with Italy even more! Thank you so so so much!!!

Logement impeccable dans un lieu reposant pour faire une alte dans un circuit toscan. Nous avons passé la soirée sur la terrasse à regarder des dizaines de lucioles dans le bas du jardin voisin! magique! Frederico à été très prévenant à distance. un super hôte !

Un poticino davvero magico...sono bastati appena due giorni per farci innamorare e desiderare di tornare. La gestione è eccezionale: Mara e Michele sono veri host, sempre disponibili e ricchi di consigli e informazioni sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. La camera è molto accogliente, abbiamo apprezzato lo stile autentico che hanno voluto preservare, con mobili e delicate decorazioni che richiamano l’epoca della casa. La colazione è meravigliosa, con prodotti locali e una selezione pensata con il cuore, capace di riempirci sia la pancia che l’anima. Il B&B si trova un po' fuori da Gioia del Colle, ma questo si è rivelato un vantaggio: la città è piuttosto caotica per il traffico, la viabilità delle strade e la difficoltà di parcheggio, mentre la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti, percorrendo una strada in ottime condizioni. Villa Baciolo was truly enchanting. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with fantastic bathrooms and a peaceful, serene atmosphere throughout the property. Sandra, her sister, and their entire family were incredibly kind and always available when needed. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a delight—fresh juice, local fruits, pastries, yogurt, and cereal. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks from the bar and dinner onsite while taking in the unforgettable view of San Gimignano’s medieval skyline. This place holds a special place in our hearts. My husband and I will never forget the warmth of the people—or their fluffy dog Ada! Highly recommend booking this gem.

Posto meraviglioso, nel verde, silenzioso, spazioso e con delle viste incantevoli. Ideale per staccare la spina. Tutti gli spazi sono funzionali e pensati per essere vissuti al meglio. Le luci in piscina (bellissima) per stare lì anche la sera, le docce all'aperto, l'area pranzo con il braciere. La cucina super attrezzata, con tutti gli strumenti di cui si possa aver bisogno. Eravamo in dieci con tre cani, ognuno con le sue esigenze spesso difficili da accontentare ma questo posto e il signor Alfonso invece ci sono riusciti. Grazie anche alla gentilezza e all'attenzione del signor Alfonso. È stato prezioso. Torneremo sicuramente e senz'altro la consiglieremo.

Sistemazione ottima, originale, confortevole e ben curata, immersi nei boschi e nei suoni della natura. Per riposarsi e stare in pieno relax, o scoprire i numerosi sentieri alla scoperta del territorio circostante. Siamo stati molto bene. Grazie all'accoglienza e alla puntuale e sempre discreta presenza della padrona di casa.

Séjour incroyable, le cadre est magnifique, juste à côté de la plage et de la ville. Antonio et Valentina sont des hôtes très accueillants, petit déjeuné préparé avec soin. Pleins d’attention que ce soit à l’arrivée ou durant le séjour. Merci encore 😍

Basterebbero già il contesto naturale splendido, la tranquillità e il silenzio della zona, il panorama, l'offerta di siti paesaggistici e culturali nelle immediate vicinanze per consigliare questa sistemazione... ma il vero valore aggiunto sono le due host, Angela e Micol, e ovviamente le loro tre coinquiline (due cagnoline e una micia): dire che soggiornare presso di loro è come essere a casa non rende l'idea. Sollecite quanto discrete, mai invadenti, ricche di quelle piccole-grandi attenzioni verso l'ospite che ti riempiono di gratitudine, ci hanno dato preziosi consigli e condiviso inestimabili serate di conversazione e scambio culturale e soprattutto umano. Consigliamo di cuore un soggiorno di almeno 3-4 giorni per poter usufruire di questa non scontata commistione di profondità e leggerezza. E non mancate di provare l'home restaurant, eccellente come la ricca colazione a base di prodotti locali. Valgono tutta la fatica (minima) per salire fin quassù!

Das Atimoda House liegt sehr idyllisch gelegen in einem sehr kleinen Bergdorf, 40 Gehminuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt. Die Aussicht und die Stille ist spektakulär. Es gibt viele Wanderwege, die hier beginnen und einen Klettersteig. Es gibt alles was man braucht zur Selbstversorgung, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine. Aber es gibt auch ein Restaurant in der Nähe, mit Reservierung kann man dort zu Abendessen , außerdem kann man dort auch Equipment für den Klettersteig leihen.
