Great very cozy 480sqft studio apartment 10 minutes from downtown Savannah & 10 minutes from Tybee island beaches! Your right in the middle of everything Savannah has to offer in a safe residential neighborhood. Close to golf, boat ramps, plenty of local restaurants, bars, and markets. We live in the main house but will give you the upmost privacy or be there to answer any questions you may need. This is a detached apartment in our courtyard above our workshop but you will never be disturbed.

The neighborhood is quiet and the efficiency apartment spacious. Pups are welcome and it's a clean and safe environment for them. There was a generous path, the immediate neighborhood doesn't have many sidewalks (have to pay attention to traffic if you're walking a pup or two or more). Have not had time to explore the greater area. Cozy Casita is a 10/10 Airbnb experience every time!”

One block from the intercoastal waterway and the marina. A lovely, safe place for walking or biking There is a pasture, citrus and fruit trees, an organic garden for vegetables, flowers, butterflies . Chickens in the back and an occasional deer . There is a public bus stop close , and Uber is only a call away.
What guests are saying:“We stayed at Nancy's place for two nights during the pandemic in March 2020. Nancy is very gracious. She provided many tips on what to do starting with taking a walk down the road to see of we could see some dolphins. Although we did not see any, it was absolutely a beautiful walk. Several people were walking or riding bikes on the way. She also showed us the map of Savannah and gave good suggestions of things to do in Savannah. Also the first night she recommended some local restaurants. The Drift Away (I think that was the name) was good! The beds were comfortable. We loved the chickens in the yard although some may not appreciate their wake up call early in the morning. Nancy gave us a tour of her garden flowers and fruit trees and even gave us some fruit from the trees for our drive home. Breakfast was great, there was variety and plenty of it. Nancy was such a gracious host. I will stay again if in the area. I would like to come back as this trip was too short.”
