Lovely Designer beach loft apt. Located in one of the most popular beaches in PR. El alambique is a preferred beach spot for people of all ages. We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults & a convinient air matres Full size for a child if needed.

Ideal location 24 hours a day! On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! There is a sofa bed on living room and the apartment is for a family up to 4, not big enough for a party of 4 adults. Free pkg , direct beach access depending on season, 5th floor, 5 apartment per floor, walking distance to hotels, casinos, bar and restaurants. Uber and Uber eats works perfect in this area. We have in a 2 minute drive 24 hours Supermarkets and pharmacies.

Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious 1,250 thread count cotton bed sheets, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!

The spacious studio features a queen-size bed and a comfortable couch, providing seating and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed ocean views, while a small balcony with high chairs allows for outdoor enjoyment. A bedside table and a dresser complete the serene room layout.
