Ideal location 24 hours a day! On the main strip literally next door to a 5 ☆ resort (El San Juan Hotel) and within 1-2 blocks of ANYTHING you'd want or need: Beach, bars, casinos, pharmacies, supermarket & restaurants...FREE PARKING ON SITE. Beachfront locations are not ideal here during the evening hours because of poor street lighting which makes our place perfect. You're in the middle of it all! The Coral Beach in Isla Verde has direct access to the beach, pool, basketball court, tennis courts, a playground for children. The tourist area is full of restaurants, bars, services and intense day and night life. The Studio has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning units, TV's, Cable + Internet and a battery-powered generator that guarantees continuous power supply from 4 to 24 hours in the event of power outages. This condo has an excellent swimming pool with a BBQ pit, and free parking on site with supplied permit. Many restaurants and fast food within 5 minutes walk (Denny's, Chili's, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Marcos Pizza) host supplies guidebook. Uber available in this area!
