Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Rico

We had a great experience at Miguel’s place - we loved the neighborhood and the pool was a highlight.

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful flat, plenty of space, everything we needed, lots of thoughtful touches, kind and welcoming hosts. Gorgeous views. Peaceful and quiet, and just a few minutes drive from rental car, airport, grocery store, and beaches. Highly recommend!

Gabriel is an excellent communicator, when a question arose Gabriel was very quick to respond and also helped with some recommendations. The house comfortably fit myself and family of eight, plenty of seats to sit and lounge. The coffee station was a hit with my family. Access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The outside area was our favorite by far. Having access to an outdoor grill, pool, hot tub and basketball court was perfect. The location was close to all the best beaches- crash boat, jobos, and montones just to name a few.

From the moment we booked, the host Sandra was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring every detail was taken care of. Her attentiveness made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Beyond their efficiency, Sandra was genuinely warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every interaction was marked by kindness and a true commitment to excellent service. It was clear that she takes great pride in providing an outstanding experience for their guests. The home itself was immaculate, well-appointed, and exactly as described-if not better! Every small touch showed thoughtfulness, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. We wanted a quiet home to enjoy family time, a private pool and it was peaceful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality.

Stayed 10 days, check- in and check-out was a breeze. Accomodation was clean and spacious, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Sonia is a great host, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

This place hits all the right notes if you’re looking to visit the Rincon, Puerto Rico area. The views and sunsets, the decks and home layout, and the proximity to restaurants and activities all make this home a great choice. The upstairs bedroom is the star of the show. With a breathtaking view of the stars. We were able to rent a kayak and launch it right from the house, which allowed us to catch all manners of fish, especially groupers and snappers. We had planned to head to the beach, but the proximity to the ocean right at the house allowed us to lounge in the water right at the house or enjoy the sights and sounds of the water from the deck during happy hours, so we didn’t need to leave. A major bonus! The host was responsive but not overbearing, and I appreciated the lighter check-out duties than most other Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at. My only caution is that the neighbor’s rooster really does crow early, but it’s not a deal breaker. Great place and a great time. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay at Angel's place! It was cute and cozy, with a beautiful patio and outdoor area set up with a hammock, a projector and a small table with chairs. The place was clean and had all that we needed, and the AC was nice and strong. The included parking was great to have as well. The bed was comfortable, and the noise from the street was not as loud as we anticipated. We still got good rest, despite being light sleepers. I recommend and would stay here again!

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Bren and Toby were the nicest and friendliest hosts! Their space was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s a little small, but the backyard space made up for that. Very beautiful, and a nice place to unwind. Location was safe and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. We even had beach gear available for use from our wonderful host. Bren and Toby gave us tons of recommendations on things to do close to our BNB and farther out with a quick uber ride. All recommendations were superb! Highly recommend their bnb for a visit to Puerto Rico, especially if it’s your first time.

Ernesto’s apartment was beautiful. Ocean and beach views are epic from his balcony. Absolutely the best location in Vega Baja. Ernesto was very thoughtful, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay at his Beach House again. I highly recommend staying here when you travel to Vega Baja.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

The location was very convenient and it was nice to have two bathrooms (one quite spacious and the other smaller). AC kept the place quite cool but we were comfortable with open windows and fans--it was humid but that's Puerto Rico! The kitchen had everything we needed and we put the coffeemaker and coffee to good use. The balcony and rooftop were very nice. The place met our needs well!

The location couldn't be better, right on the coast. To the west there is a busier beach with many eating/drinking options and safe swimming. To the east there is a gorgeous protected rainforesty beach with a lot of wildlife and few visitors. The balcony is huge with amazing views. Frank is an incredibly responsive, gracious, and considerate host. We have stayed here twice and would love to return -- the best!

The apartment was ideal for our family. The beds were comfortable, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, and Diane was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The condo was in a perfect location. Liz was very attentive and had great recommendations! It was very easy to check in and out, the condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The hot water heater didn’t work when we got there, but Liz got right on it and someone came the next morning and fixed it. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again! We are extremely happy with our stay here. It really helped that it was one level since we had elderly parents with us. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The host was very quick in responding when I had minor questions. The first floor had lots to do including a great market place that had everything you could need and more. Plenty of food options as well. You really don’t need to drive anywhere. This place has all you need for a great stay including an incredible ocean/sunrise sunset view on their very spacious and accommodating balcony. You will not be disappointed staying here, I guarantee it.

Me and my girlfriend and her son stood for one night as a quick pitstop and it was exactly how it was published. Love getting what you expect, this place is peaceful, quiet & the pool is fun. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a great experience would definitely recommend.

Great space, private with an easy check in. This area of the island is a Gem and only a quick 20min drive to San Juan. The host was very attentive and communication was easy and prompt. Definitely recommend 👍

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Gorgeous view ! Very quiet property - perfect for relaxing. Access to pools right in front of condos. Lots of amenities on the property if you don’t want to leave and can get an uber to go to close by towns if you don’t have a car (except for Ubers not allowed in Yunque park). We would come back and will recommend to others !
